Just one of those little gems of a hotel. From staff to location, everything was perfect. Been lucky to stay in some very good hotels and we score this as a 10 and would come back without hesitation. Ladies at front desk were brilliant, arranged a late check out, thank you

This is just a generic point of all hotels we stayed at in Canada, resort fees! Spurious non defined charging that's not in your agreed rate booking or explained clearly at arrival. I would prefer just to be charged my agreed rate at booking than find out that water you think is complimentary really is coming out of a resort fee. In same way tipping culture is auto loaded and suggested rates has crept in. To me it just niggles that its assumed what you use and do, what next a pillow and shampoo fee, or resort air fee. Just charge a rate and be done with it.

Amazing place in the heart of Niagara on the Lake. Loved the beds, rooms where clean, and staff was great.

The messaging system that Bookings uses was hacked a couple of months after I made my reservation. I received an exceptional number of messages saying that "more information is required to confirm my booking and that it would be cancelled if I didn't reply". The messages went on asking for personal information and credit card details. I contacted both 124 on Queen and Bookings and both said the messages were not from them. Bookings security looked into the messages and after a few weeks the messages stopped.

A very spacious room, large comfortable bed. Good to have a fridge with complimentary refill bottle of water. Good selection of teas and coffees and good to have a separate sink too in the "kitchen" area. The bathroom was very spacious, with good lighting and a huge walk-in shower. We didn't use the Spa facilities and overall had a good stay, but for the money we paid it was rather expensive.

A pleasant stay but very short on choice of whiskies from the bar menu as we went for a wee nightcap before bed. A large group sitting next to us also complained about this. I asked for a cappuccino, which I would describe as the worst cappuccino I've ever had.

Great accommodations, relaxing atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff, clean and nice scent used throughout. We stayed in the adjoining building and it had nice large windows, light and fresh air which we appreciated. Bathrooms were very well accessorized with above average products. We ate in the lounge and the food was very good, friendly and accommodating staff, and they recommended a very nice local cider and beer, along with giving us helpful directions on the best way to access Niagra Falls and local wineries. We enjoyed the going next door to Starbucks the next morning, Although the resort is a bit broken up with the grocery store in the middle, there was still ample parking both underground and near the second building. Excellent location on the main street, close to the water and parks. We appreciated that Q124 has partnerships and offers/promotions for their guests with other businesses in the area

Everything was so great, it's hard to give any suggestions on how they may improve. The only thing I noticed in the lounge was the large TV was playing a night time game show, which lowered the ambiance of the experience a bit.

Overall our stay was good and hotel and hotel rooms are modern and clean. Excellent location right in the middle of the main strip.

2 things to note: our duvet in our room was missing a sheet the first night which was uncomfortable and not hygenic. when i advised the manager of this the next day she was very helpful and apologetic and this was immediately fixed. As well, the spa is beautiful but did not have enough attendants so towels were missing the whole time and we had to ask front desk at the spa to send an attendant to supply towels. as well, the change room floors were dirty and not being cleaned regularly. given the number of people using the spa at that time there should have been attendants on hand throughout cleaning, removing old dirty towels and supplying fresh ones.

Location is excellent. Staff was excellent. My wife thinks the spa is exceptional. I liked the restaurants associated with the hotel. I loved the garden area in the back of the hotel. Parking excellent.

The rooms need a bureau to place clothes in. Would recommend a lobby or lounge where you can just sit and read or relax.

Location was great . No breakfast included with the price. A little pricey for only a room. It was a beautiful corner room, very quiet except for people banging the door coming up and down the stairs. Spotless and a very comfortable bed. I’d recommend have occasional deals that include a three course meal or breakfast.

The door banging to get in and out of the newer side build- very echoing and loud near our room. It’s a security door so hard to change, I imagine.

Location and quiet room assigned as well as included parking. The front desk staff especially John were very friendly anf helpful. We enjoyed relaxing in the Zen garden where we did wine tasting.

The unbelievably slow restsurant service at dinner. Almost 2 hours for food order although drinks were delivered promptly. Not particularly tasty and worth the wait. Waiter reduced the bill after I complained about the long wait.Limited menu in restaurant.; no children's menu.. Wine tasting cost at $55 too high.

We didn't have breakfast at the hotel because we wanted to go to some other restaurants nearby. The room was lovely with a huge comfortable bed, excellent shower and bathroom with l'occitane bath products. Nespresso coffee maker in the room and complimentary bottled water with metal souvenir bottles to take away. Complimentary underground car park which was very useful. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly.

Our room wasn't serviced until about 4pm in the afternoon.

The location and staff were amazing!! We didn't take advantage of the Spa but did get a tour and next time we'll definitely take advantage of these facilities! All the staff were amazing - front desk, spa, housekeeping, and restaurant - always smiling and accommodating and quick to respond to requests. I had requested some champagne glasses for the room, and while they forgot to have them in the room before arriving, the lady at the front desk immediately jumped on it got them without any delay!

The room was great but not exactly as advertised. The description said "Queen" but the bed seemed smaller than a queen which was disappointing. Also, I know the rooms can vary quite a bit but better pics of the exact room booked would be nice. While this might seam trivial, the shower head lacked decent water pressure - it's importantly to my lady so it's important to me lol. Lastly, there was something in the roof/attic, a squirrel or raccoon, which was noisy and woke us up a few times.
