Good breakfast menu, the fruit bowl wasn't good very soggy fruit, didn't eat ,sat in a lot of watery juices also warm.Like the fact it was pet friendly. Would go another time . Staff was great,and friendly.

everything was good except, my bathroom and floors. they gave me another room ,the floors were sticky in both rooms. THE FLOOR HAD 5 PCS OF BLACK HAIRS ON IT ONE LONG PCS,AND A SMALL PCS IN THE SINK, And the floors when you walked around where all sticky, I feel whatever they are cleaning the floors with are not rinsed. I HAD OTHERS SAY THERE FLOORS WERE LIKE THAT TO. Staff was great. cleaning staff has to be on top of everything. will try the hotel again but if the same wont't go back.

The hotel is well located in the east end of Pembroke. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel has an indoor pool (which I didn't use, so can't speak to). All the usual services/amenities were present (in-room coffee, fridge, microwave) and in good working order. We enjoyed out stay. This hotel is not fancy, by any means, but represents value for money.

We stayed in a double room with double beds. The mattresses were on the old and saggy side. If you are someone who requires a firm mattress, the room we were in would not work for you.

Breakfast okay...basic offerings. Bed very comfortable...slept great.

Wish freezer part of fridge was larger. TV needed instructions...only able to view one or two channels...wouldn't change. Could easily hear people talking in hall and dog barking several doors down for short while. Maybe a binder with TV info and restaurant or local attractions would be helpful to have in the rooms.

During my stay I was thrilled to try the amenities. The pool area is great and is perfect for families. The entire hotel is nice and clean and the restaurant is a must try. The front desk workers were knowledgeable about the hotel and things to do and see in the area!

Breakfast was excellent.

Pool access. We didnt have the opportunity to use. Due to our schedule. But 8am would be a better availability for late arrivals. Night Staff did indicate we could ask morning shift. They were great!

Very clean amd comfortable. Only issue was pool table didn't have cues. But I didn't even ask about it so maybe thiernwas some somewhere. Pool was great sauna was great

The hotel was quiet and well located. Staff is very nice. Very clean and lots of parking. You could walk to anything you need.

The hours of the fitness centre and pool weren’t very convenient. It would be nice if they opened earlier and stayed open later. When I travel I like to get my fitness in well before 9:00 am. or have the opportunity to go later in the evening after I return from my day. I may not stay here again because I love to swim and booked the hotel based on those amenities. The hours are not good and I didn’t get to use the facilities based on my schedule and the hours.

The staff, the rooms, the breakfast…. All wonderful. Beds extremely comfortable, very large rooms with everything I needed.

The only drawback was the Internet… very patchy , so very frustrating

We were visiting with our grandsons for one of their birthdays. They love the Clarion. The staff are the greatest. This was our first time at the restaurant and it was perfect.

The pool was very cold.The trees that used to be in the seating area outside the pool are all gone. No shade.

I loved the pool and sauna it was beautiful Loved there was a breakfast but wish it was more hot food. The dinning area is beautiful and the room was beautiful and nice and quiet, clean, the hallways and walk in and everything else was very clean. I'd definitely go back staff at front desk was amazing

Room was clean but bathtub could of been cleaner, beds and pillows could be more comfortable, staff in hallways could be more nicer 🤔
