The room was large, clean and well appointed. We really liked the large counter in the bathroom. The breakfast was good, with lots of choice and the staff were very friendly.

Th HVAC unit in the room was loud and came on intermittently during the night. I am a light sleeper so it woke me up. It never bothered my husband though

The breakfast has a good size variety as a father with 2 autistic boys so far out of 10 plus hotels we have been to from kingston to cornwall to ottawa, and now pembroke, it is the best breakfast

Nothing i didn't like this is my second time at this hotel since July of 2024 and we will be back again for sure

Staff were friendly. Clean rooms and facility. Comfortable beds. Nice decorated lobby. Clean swimming pool . Ample parking spot. Free coffee round the clock.

Buffet breakfast could be better with more options. Stuff like towels were torn and needed replacement. Lighting of the room could be better. Needed more lights.

The breakfast was very good in a nice setting. The whole motel looked brand new and was very clean and well kept up. We were warmly greeted when we arrived by a very personable receptionist.

Our room was very nice , no complaints. However we had booked a regular King room and the room we got was a king but it was the "handicapped" room, so it felt a little weird.

Location was in a quiet spot just outside town. Parking lot was very well lit all night. The breakfast was amazing.

The pool should be closed to kids at some point, so that adults without kids can enjoy the pool noise and splash free. The pool is open until 10 pm. Perhaps kids should not be allowed after 8 pm.

My wife really liked the pool and how comfortable the bed and pillows are The breakfast for me was the best part

When you book a room they ask what your estimated time of arrival will be and if you show up earlier than that time your room will not be ready even if it's after the 3 o'clock check in time

It was convenient in that we were canoeing in the Barron Canyon the next day. It was very easy to move all of our luggage in. The room was a good size. There was a descent size workout area where there were free weights and working machines. Very convenient to have a fridge and microwave. Tasty breakfast was included with a good variety. Nearby restaurants. Staff were informative and accommodating.

Missing a hot tub. Few channel selection in workout room.

Clean, spacious facilities. Quiet room for a good night’s sleep. Very courteous, helpful staff at front desk.

Didn’t find the pillows very comfortable. It may be just a personal preference. Not many healthier food choices in the kiosk.

Breakfast was great , lots of selection ,what was supposed to be hot was indeed hot .Staff attentive and freindly .Room was clean ,bed was comfy and the pool was adequate for our needs

the free breakfast that had many options available. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable I’ve ever had. I loved the fact that there was one soft and one firm pillow. I am also pleased with the attention to detail in terms of the towels. When I travel with my family of 5 we usually only get 3 towels in the room and hve to call front desk for a 4th towel. Upon arrival it was nice to see they gave us 4 towels. The close proximity to the snowmobile trail was a bonus as well.
