View and access to the village.
TVs are way too small and some spoke of it when gathered around the pool. Also there is no channel to view what shows are on. A channel for stations but that is not good enough! Unacceptable with technology the way it is today to not be able to look up your shows! We should also be able to receive a movie channel even if we pay must pay for individual movies. Its a holiday and a high end priced one. Not enough parking under ground. Some were checking in with cars. Should not be allowed if there is not enough parking for all. Line up at grande Georgian was also unacceptable when checking in, especially when there is nowhere to park while waiting. This needs to be addressed.

We had a wonderful stay. The location is beautiful and perfect for families with children plenty of attractions, activities. The hotel had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were polite and not intrusive, and any requests were handled very quickly, for example, we got an extra comforter within minutes, even late in the evening. Although the hotel is not new, it was clean and pleasant. The towels and bed linen were white and spotless, which was great to see. We appreciated the possibility to check in early and leave the car in the parking lot after check-out to enjoy the attractions. The wristbands provided free access to several activities both on the day of arrival and departure. As for improvements, the carpet is quite old and could be replaced, and the curtains and windows in our room needed more attention. There was also a cleaning product smell (lemon-scented) in some areas that felt unpleasant. However, overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return.

Love the central resort location - you are right in the heart of the village as soon as you exit the hotel. The outdoor pool is very nice with lots of seating. Lots of space in the full apartment-like suites. We loved having the balcony overlooking the main square events and fireworks for Canada day.
The check-in process was very slow and long. Pool was often at capacity, but you did not find out until you were already at the pool which is really challenging when you have excited kids with you. Bed toppers were too soft and one of our bedrooms was freezing even thought we adjusted the thermostat.

Liked the location, view from the room, the room came with kitchen
Just a couple of suggestions - instructions weren't really complete. For eg: shuttle to beach runs on given time but no one mentioned a thing about it, we visited the bus stop at 250pm, and the staff there was like, the last bus is at 3pm, we are like ok 10 minutes wait, and she was like no it already left. So funny. Also, at weider lodge a lift is out of service, it's very very inconvenient. Business like this should do their best to fix ASAP not just put an apology board.

We loved everything. The rooms in the Grand Georgian were clean and comfortable. We had 2x2 bedroom suites and 1 1 bedroom, and they were all fully stocked. The staff were all very cheerful and very helpful. All the restaurants, events, and rides were so wonderful. We were there with our whole family and purchased day passes for the kids. They got to enjoy the Aqua center, the Hike&Tube, the rope climb, and the Ridge rider. They also got to do some snowboarding. My husband was celebrating his 75th birthday, and we had a delicious dinner at Kaytoo and then walked back to our hotel through the magical lights of the village. A memory the whole family will always remember.
There really was nothing to complain about.

We stayed in Weider Lodge within the Village Suites and it was a fantastic location. It was within a very short walk of the restaurants, the ticket office and ski rental, the ski slopes and the shuttle that takes you to other slopes along the mountain. The room was very clean and having the kitchenette allowed us to make our own breakfasts and lunches. We could walk to the great restaurants at night for dinner. Fantastic that we could also carry on skiing well after the sun went down, due to the ski slopes being lit up at night and the lifts running till 9pm. We had a fantastic stay.
The one and only thing that was tricky, was that they don’t allow you to take your skis into the hotel room, so you have to check your skis into the complimentary valet which is not in the hotel. It’s next to the ticket office, which is just a short walk away. The one night the valet was full, so we had no option but to dry our skis off and take them into our room. It would be great if there was a ski locker within Weider lodge, for the guests to store their skis.

We initially booked the Blue Mountain Resort Village Suites, but were kindly moved to Seasons at Blue when the staff found a property that allowed for an early check-in at 12:00 PM, even though the standard check-in time was 4:00 PM. I ended up being really pleased with the change! The Seasons at Blue is modern and just steps from the entrance to Blue Mountain, making it a perfect location, and the staff said that there's also an outdoor hot tub which we didn't try as we were so busy enjoying the village. The staff also asked for $110 deposit for incidental fee. I celebrated my birthday during our stay, and the hotel surprised me with a lovely touch, popcorn and a birthday letter, which was such a sweet gesture! The view from both the bedroom and living room was incredible, offering a snow area. Overall, a wonderful experience with thoughtful service, and I’d definitely return!
While our stay was generally enjoyable, there were a few minor issues. Despite requesting a higher floor, we were assigned to the first floor, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the shower in the bathroom lacked a door to close, causing water to spill out, which was inconvenient. Another issue was the lack of soundproofing, unfortunately, we could clearly hear the music from the room next door, which impacted our overall comfort. These were small drawbacks, but they did affect the experience.

The room was beautifully appointed and very comfortable. The bed provided an excellent night's sleep. I found the location to be perfect for my needs. Everything was as I had hoped. I would definitely recommend this to others.
Soft melodies in the reception area would create a welcoming atmosphere. Gentle music can transform a space into a tranquil haven. The right sounds can enhance the overall experience for everyone. Consider a playlist that promotes relaxation and positive feelings. This thoughtful touch would make a wonderful first impression.

We were in the Georgian - which was right in the middle of the village. The room was clean and so spacious. Pleasantly surprised that we had two washrooms instead of one for the two bedroom.
We went on the family day long weekend and you were only allowed to have one car parked underground per room because it was so booked. Also the 2nd king split we asked for a topper and we even texted Alto but we never got one, just another comforter. Lastly we were above the starbucks and at night it would echo because of people getting drunk food.

Booking, check in was very smooth. Rooms were clean but not that spacious. The facilities were very clean and it was clear what is covered and how much for activities. There is a lot to do here. Food choices were plenty and surprisingly reasonably priced as well. Since rooms had a fridge, microwave and cutlery you can bring small food items as well. The staff were very friendly throughout the facilities also. Gym, Sauna and pools were great with open late as well. Gondola rides at night were spectacular with stunning views and experiences for everyone. Overall it was a nice experience and we are looking forward to coming back.
It was very hard to find dollies to transport luggage and the labyrinth of underground parking is a bit confusing. Rooms were a little tight but most of the time is spent out doors as this is an outdoor driven destination Maybe more clarity on what is included in the room as we didn't know cutlery was included. It would be nice to have few more Halal food options. Some of the lines were super long but it was a long weekend after all
