This was one of the best places I have stayed at. I had a very nice room that overlooked the lake. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The amenities were second to none with a warm outdoor pool, paddle boards, kayaks and swimming in the lake. The location was ideal for my week of mountain biking at 5 mountain bike centers. The food at the restaurant was excellent and not overly expensive. They also provided in room ingredients for overnight muesli.

The only drawback was the fridge in my room did not have a freezer section for my cold packs. But the restaurant took my cold packs and put them in their freezer. I really appreciated the flexibility.

Great location, amenities available were great (although we didn’t have a chance to use most of them). Very pet and family friendly. The food at l’Ilot was amazing! Great service by Jose! They were also able to accommodate an early check in which was much appreciated.

We were a big group and I ended up sleeping on the sofa bed which was not very comfortable. There was a mix up with payments going through on my card twice (which was resolved though). The front desk agent said we could have certain items waiting for us in the room which weren’t there. We asked for others at the front desk which were never delivered.

We sure are glad we found this hotel as we were contemplating whether to get a hotel near the Old Quebec City as it was our first time in Quebec. Entourage sur-le-lac is a wide property offering much privacy despite its many offerings of activities on the property. Staff are great and took the time to go over the map of the property so we can maximize the facilities. We loved the pool, activities at the lake, Lac Beauport is swimmable and warm. We went biking as well as bikes are available for guests! While the kids played at the game room. This is a great place to stay in after a full day of walking around in Old Quebec City, 30 mis drive is worth the restful ambiance of Entourage sur-le-lac. Their restaurant also offers great food and the service is excellent! 👌

Great to have kayaks/SUPs always available! The pool is not large, but very nice and the water is warm. There is a grocery and other restaurants nearby.

We couldn’t use the kid’s room as hoped because video games take up the space. It’s really a shame. The middle of the room is dominated by screens. Families can choose to bring screens with them on vacation, so I wish this space were screen-free. It would have been fun to use the ping pong table and art supplies. Would also be helpful to separate out the space for very small children from the bigger kid space.

The variety of water sports. The facility was nice.

The uncleanliness of the pool and the jacuzzi. They should require people to wash their feet before going into pool and jacuzzi. People walk from beach, across the lawn and walkway and goes into them without washing their feet off. The jacuzzi is especially gross. There is so much sand at the bottom. Also, maximum number of people in jacuzzi is often exceeded. The view from our room was obstructed by a huge tree, even though we paid for waterfront room.

I wanted to take a vacation with the family to spend time with them, so we decided to stay at Entourage sur le lac because of the many good reviews the resort has received. We stayed in a Lake View Studio Room with a breathtaking view of the lake next to the resort from our room. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities, including a microwave and a fridge. The guest service at the resort was very professional and polite, and all of the staff ensured that our stay there was the best experience possible. There were also many different activities there, including kayaking, going to the pool or lake to swim, and a jacuzzi to relax in. Additionally, there was a pool table and a ping pong table which we had a lot of fun playing. Overall, I had an outstanding experience here, and I recommend this resort to people going to Quebec City, and I would come here again.

Simply gorgeous! The view from our Penthouse room was spectacular. We visited during the American Thanksgiving holiday and stayed for 3 nights. The room was beautiful and very clean. If you are a family, highly recommend the Penthouse suites. We used the Nordic jacuzzi, the gym and the pool table each evening. Dined at the Lilot restaurant one night - the food and service were superb! Breakfast was included with the room with delicious a la carte options and breakfast buffet on the weekends. The resort was beautifully decorated for Christmas, and located in town of LacBeauport which is so pretty! Very close Quebec City.

Housekeeping, although scheduled, was missed on one of the days.

We loved this hotel! We planned to stay there one night, but we extended our stay to two nights. Super location, fantastic room. When checking in, we got a room upgrade - it was really good surprise! It was really nice to go kayaking directly from the hotel, there was lots of free kayaks. We loved our view to the lake!

We loved to stay there more nights, unfortunately we didn`t have more time :(

The air vent was open and I could see the air filter super dirty and wasn’t changed quite a time In the closet, we had found some beer packaging left by the previous guest The room has a funny smell when we entered the first time It seemed that they were on the rush to clean it since it got delayed (we received the key only 35 minutes pass 16:00)

The room was nice and the staff very friendly. Accommodating my lack of French by speaking English to me.

They indicated there was only one entrance, which is really inconvenient and with parking either across the street or down a hill even for handicapped parking it was challenging for my boyfriend who uses a leg brace and cane. The kids room, hot tub and gym were hard to find, and a very long walk after basically walking through the restaurant.
