My wife, adult son and I stayed two nights in a room with two double beds. The room was spacious and had some chairs, a small round table and a desk, which I liked when using my laptop. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean and towels were nice and thick. The included breakfast was quite good, although not to my son's liking. It offered a variety of continental breakfast type items and 3 hot items - some pan fried potatoes, pork sausages and scrambled eggs (eggs were cooked in the shape of a flat disc). Also useful, was the proximity to free EV charging on the street a short distance from the hotel, although it should be noted that parking fees apply Monday to Friday during working hours while charging. But there's no parking fee on the street on evenings and weekends. Also note, there is free parking in the hotel's parking lot.

The door to the room (309) gave trouble to open which we reported. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work (which I forgot to report). There was a coffee machine in the room and a packet of coffee, but I would have liked to see some Tea bags also in the room (since the coffee machine can boil water for tea).

The location is good, particularly if your goal is to be near the Hull Hospital. There are convenient public transit links up and down St-Joseph,, grocery stores and pharmacies nearby, etc. some of the rooms have cozy Jacuzzi-style bathtubs. For the price, the rooms are surprisingly nice. The place isn't fancy -- Google Maps labels it as "unassuming" -- but it doesn't claim to be.

The breakfast was good, but it was always exactly the same, so it got rather monotonous after a few days. The metal staircases are a bit institutional, but there's an elevator, so most people probably don't even see them.

Breakfast was nice, my kids enjoyed it and is a plus for families like us, it gives us more time to sleep after long travel and not to worry on going for breakfast somewhere else next morning.

There was a long round table which made a little uncomfortable for the room space, we were two adults and three children so we try to maximize space to move around. My son slept on a LA-Z-boy that has a retractable individual bed and he says it was great.

Customer service was fantastic. Reception was so accommodating, professional and amiable. The room was cozy and clean and the cleaning staff was also friendly and helpful.

The only critique is that the tub/shower is a little too narrow and the shower isn't high enough to wash my hair. I had to tilt my head back to wash my entire head, and I'm by no means tall. I'm only 5 foot 4.

I had an excellent stay. Great location and the breakfast was superb. Friendly front desk and kitchen staff. Everyone smiled at us genuinely. Will definitely stay again. Good value for money

Wish there was a TV remote with English version. I couldn't follow the instructions. But that is understandable I guess

Great room for the price, it was easy to check in/check out. It was generally clean and comfortable. Definitely needed the night off and for a last minute booking it really exceeded my expectations! Friendly, bilingual staff :)

The TV was lacking a lot of channels, would be nice to have a smart TV or more options, although some good. Also the A/C did not seem to work or let us adjust the temperature, but overall no big deal.

Clean room, had everything we needed in it: fridge, coffee maker (we did not use it this time, but it was there), all the trimmings in the bathroom. The blackout curtains were very good, the room was nice size, had a small desk and one easy chair too. Lots of power outlets. The mattress was comfy. It was very quiet there. Breakfast was very good, considering it's America ;) Lots of eating places and a big food store a short walk away is a plus too.

Bed could be slightly bigger (room was for 2 people) and I'm not so fond of rooms in which windows don't open and you have to run A/C 24/7, no matter what. The weather was nice and it would have been nicer to just breathe fresh air.

The room was nice and clean. Along with the staff appoachability and friendliness. A plus is the proximity of the hotel to parks and city centers.

The breakfast choices were nice, though a bit cold for some of the items. The shower pressure wasn't the greatest (4th floor). Ok but ideally a bit stronger.

I enjoyed the breakfast, there were many choices and it was delicious. I liked that there were many towels in the washroom. I was glad that the curtain covered all the light from outside. It is also near Ottawa and I like vibes of the neighbourhood. There was also a good burger place nearby.

The shower had a weird noise and the washroom was a bit noisy toward the room.

Your breakfast and the choice you had. Also your staff was extremely nice and helpful. They made my morning.

i had a difficult time opening the door, it was stuck and hard to lock. The AC or air in the room was making a noise at night.
