This hotel was absolutely worth the stay, I wish we were staying longer than the overnight snowstorm. The room is impeccable, size was immaculate and the balcony overlooking the pool was unexpectedly pleasant. The pool was kind of chilly, but yhe ambient color changing pool lights were a simple touch that made the relaxation aspect over the top. The oversized hot tub jacuzzi was a gift that I didn't want to give back, I could have floated on my back in that water all night, it was great. The beds were soft, which was not comfortable for me, I have back issues and require a more firm mattress, but I can't see why most people wouldn't be more comfortable than ever. I do have to diss on the silly Square pillows, most hotels are going this way so if you travel, you know what I mean. Just get back to normal sized pillows please 😅 The staff were fantastic with helping correct the booking error that I had made, and getting me into the room promptly. They were fantastic with dealing with the deposit situation (lack of credit card availability) and their patience with the language barrier was phenomenal. Hats off to these people and I will absolutely return.

The pool and hot tub are highlights of our stay. After long drive, we spent a lovely evening in there while listening to the birds chirping and all tropical plants around us. It was super relaxing.

Wish the pool could opened later. We are in the pool around 8:20pm and thinking we could have more time for the pool, the staff started to give us reminder around 8:45, everyone was out of pool around 8:50 as he waited by the gate and tried to rush us out.

The hotel was easy to find, just off the highway on a busy street. Nice eateries close by (within walking distance), as well as gas station. Nice pool area but full of children, so we did not bother. Good breakfast in the morning but there was a leak of some kind on the floor of the dining area.

It was nice. There were no problems encountered.

The pool and large hot tub were really great, especially for our young child. The room was comfortable, and generally the hotel was quiet and clean. The breakfast had a nice variety of hot and cold foods and was really good!

We stayed there on our way to and back from Nova Scotia and on the way back our AC wasn't working properly. They offered to change our rooms but our child was already asleep and they were going to charge us more. In the end I asked for a fan and that did the trick, but it took 30-40 minutes late at night to get to that point because they kept telling me it was working even though it wasn't. This wouldn't deter me from staying there again though!

Loved the property and its location. Their gorgeous restaurant was closed which was fine but I was expecting a coffee and tea station in the lobby , either at a charge or incl I'm price. Coffee pods and coffee makers in room but like everywhere else, a serious coffee drinker wouldn't touch it.

No freshly brewed coffee available ..just lemon infused tap water.

The room was spacious and comfortable, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was well 'stocked'.

as I was in a room that backed on to the road that was the exit from the highway there was some traffic noise. I used the A/C and fan to cover that up which worked well.

The room was a good size and very clean. Love the fact that there were no carpets. We enjoyed the sauna and hot tub. We did not use the pool but it was nice as well. The location of the highway was great. The breakfast was a typical serve-yourself breakfast. We were able to walk to a restaurant for dinner. Would stay at this hotel again.

We were assigned a room facing a busy street and major highway about 200 meters further from the hotel. Having had a long day, we wanted a 'quiet' room so I asked the staff at the front desk if there was a possibility for a switch to a room not facing the traffic. The staff member was most accommodating and gave us another room facing a quiet parking lot. Room was an upgrade but we were not charged extra, had great night's rest!!! Complimentary breakfast also nice!

The room was very comfortable. The smell of chlorine from the pool was noticeable when we first arrived, but it wasn't too bad. The staff were fabulous. A couple (very small) items were noted as needing improvement, and as soon as the staff was informed, they took immediate steps to correct them.

Cleanliness, comfort, staff responsive.

No breakfast or Restaurant. Had to book via booking.com since the hotel did not show any rooms available. Receipt printed out at check out showed higher amount than what I signed up for with booking.com.
