The staff were very pleasant, didn’t have an issue with conversation in english. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Pool hours for late check ins are poor. Did not pay the price I was expecting and was told it’s not correct when booked through a third party.

I booked the property through booking.com, I should the girl at the desk the price I was expecting to pay and she told me it’s not correct when booked through a third party. I do not ever spend that much on a room but decided to treat my son and I on our long trip home. I will not book another stay at their chain as it’s far to much $.

Recently renovated stem-to-stern and attractively finished in a modern style. Absolutely spotless. The front desk staff were extraordinary: friendly, fluidly bilingual and willing to do anything to help. I left my glasses behind at the Scores restaurant across the parking lot and, when the Score staff were unhelpful, the Quality Inn group collected my glasses for me and helped ship them back. Really a great exchange around this. Much above average breakfast buffet—and espresso, juice, and water dispensers running 24/7. Terrific overall.

Vending machines did not work well and the front reception staff did not help. If this is your only form of food until breakfast is served the next morning perhaps someone should know how the “food” vending machines work. Not the best location for food services. The Tim’s and restaurant next door were the only option for outside food source.

Very comfortable bed. Everything was very easy to access.

Would it be possible to have some alternative milks such as soy milk, or oat milk or oat milk? This is for people that are lactose I tolerant. We can't drink lactose free milk. Thank you for having margarine for toast. Most places have only butter

The walk-in shower was amazing; so easy to use. The room was large, and included a small table besides the usual desk & place to put luggage. The beds were very comfortable; the location was right beside the highway 20; very sound-proofed-didn't notice any noise from traffic. Delicious breakfast.

We were travelling from New Brunswick to Montreal and wanted to visit Quebec City without travelling into the city. The hotel is located just off the motorway and is a short, very easy drive down to the port to catch the ferry across. Perfect! The staff were very welcoming. The room was large, comfortable and clean. Lovely bathroom. Loads of parking and a restaurant just across from the hotel. The breakfast was very good.

Conveniently located close to highway, exceptional quality and attention to detail including breakfast with a multitude of choices including fresh fruit salad. Very comfortable room, extremely clean, Keurig coffee machine in room.

We stayed four nights. Breakfast meat was the same every morning. A variety would be nice. For example change the sausages, have ham or bacon sometimes.
