I liked that it was close to the highway. The rooms were nice and big and recently renovated, so they were very nice, including the washrooms. The AC/fan unit also worked great. The room had microwave AND refrigerator, so that was good.

There weren't any closets for hanging clothing, or a chair for the table in the room. I spoke to one of the staff later, and they said those were on back-order, so the intent is there to provide them. Other things not provided include a hair dryer, nor a coffee making machine, if you were expecting that. The location is good when you are coming off the highway to the hotel, but if you want to go anywhere (like for food, or to return to the highway), you need to do a U turn down the road.

The hotel was newly renovated, so was very clean and neat. The man at the desk was very kind and helpful.. The beds were comfortable enough. We didn’t notice any noise. It was just off the highway so was easy to find and get back on the highway. It was very good for the few hours we stayed.

The room had a balcony however there was no lock or any way to lock it and the balcony next door was only a foot or two apart so we didn’t feel that was secure. And you didn’t need a card to enter in any doors. I would have preferred it be a more secure building.

Room was very clean but also very basic. Beds were comfortable. Hotel had ample parking and was close to the hwy. Normandin restaurant is located beside the hotel which was very convenient after a long drive. Though this hotel is basic it is definitely value for money.

Little space to hang clothes. A small table would have been nice. No ledge in shower for soap and shampoo.

I was a bit worried when I booked it since there’s not a lot of pictures, but I kept due to previous reviews I had read. For my surprise, the rooms were new and very clean! The beds were comfortable, the place was quiet and the staff was friendly, there is a mini fridge, microwave and coffee machine in the room as well. There’s a gas station right beside it, Mac Donald and other restaurants around the area. Would definitely recommend.

Clean, well-maintained hotel along one of Levi’s major roads. Really comfortable beds! Got a reduced rate on Booking.com, which made the value for money better.

A little noisy (other guests talking loudly outside could be heard from inside our second floor room. Also, it’s a little hard to find (we drove right by it, then had to backtrack to find it).

It is a brand new building, my husband and son saw them bringing a bed into the building! It is very clean, our room had no carpet and a beautiful walk in shower. Beds were comfy and blankets were warm. Heating and cooling was quiet and efficient.

It is clearly still receiving finishing touches…there was no artwork, our room had no closet to hang clothes, nor an iron or ironing board. I feel like these things will be taken care of with time.

Nice & clean renovated rooms with comfortable beds. Looks like the place is still in process of renovations.

2nd floor needs directions to room numbers. Layout was awkward when stepping out of the elevator. Our room Fridge didn’t work, door didn’t properly close (had to throw out our fruit). Keurig Coffee pod didn’t work (water didn’t come out). Balcony door needs a doorknob lock, only chain was available to keep the door “locked”.

Excellent value and perfect location of the TransCanada highway. Staff were awesome. Free coffee/cappuccino/latte machine in the lobby.

The rooms are on the ground floor and there’s a massive window where you can see in the whole room with only sheer curtains. Kind of uncomfortable for privacy as the cars park RIGHT outside the window.

The hotel is very clean and has been newly renovated. We stayed here on our way out to Moncton. We enjoyed our stay so much that we booked again for our return trip home. This time we are staying for two nights. The hotel is a short 15 minute drive to the ferry over to Old Quebec. Excellent stop for those who like to explore!!

Great price through booking.com. Very clean and modern lobby and room. Shower was beautiful but could use a shelf to put shampoos and soap on. It’s a shower only (no tub) but that’s fine for us. But others may prefer a shower with tub. The bed and linens were excellent quality, so comfortable!
