We loved this hotel so much. Brand new, clean, dog friendly, professional and helpful staff. It was a great stay. Location was amazing too. Right in the heart of Magog with short walk to the skate path. Charger in the garage was great. Lastly the hot tubs on the 4th floor! We highly highly recommend this property.

My only suggestion would be to put a mat by the front door in the rooms so guests can wipe their shoes and not bring snow and salt in the room. Other than this, everything was very well thought and amazing

Large, quiet, all equipped, modern, centrally situated, walking distance to restaurants, bars and the waterfront.

The property is right beside the train track and the track crosses the Main Street therefore we heard the air horn early in the morning waking us up then many more times later during the day. Also thé balcony faced the roof of a restaurant where the fan was situated. So there was smoke coming up from below late morning. It did not however last too long.

Beautiful brand new hotel, very large suite style rooms, excellently furnished with full kitchen and laundry too. Facilities all well planned and great modern design. Roof deck included jacuzzis and sauna. Staff were friendly and helpful, (Rafael, was particularly helpful having grown up nearby and knew many places to see). All the front desk staff were comfortably bilingual. Parking under building clean and convenient. One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in! Would definitely find a reason to return.

Blackout shades nice for night but a sheer option during day would be perfect as all rooms had floor to ceiling windows. Pulling out of garage access road tough in heavy traffic.

The hotel is brand new, all is clean and beautiful, super comfortable, very well located.

The room I booked was in front of the marina and the train line, so early in the morning and late in the night we could hear the train honking very loud. A part from it, I do not know if it was the rule of the hotel for that type of room, but we find weird that nobody was cleaning the room and doing the bed during the stay.

Wonderfully appointed stuio apartment with Marriott-comfort bed and amazing views of Lake Magog and the harbor, and a comfortable pull-out couch, and well-appointed kitchen and laundry.. Everything was immaculate. Great air system in the room. Underground garage parking was very convenient. The Terrace was lovely with two hot tubs and a sauna and dining area overlooking the lake and harbor.

Well situated dog friendly property in the heart of Magog with gorgeous river views from a nice wide balcony. Perfect location for a getaway with friends and family. Loved the twin rooftop jacuzzis and saunas. Ideal spot for summer break but also keen to revisit the hotel for the winter ski season. Front desk clerk Raphaël was welcoming and helpful.

As a condo more products like dishwasher detergent should be available for longer stays, i.e. 4 day stay with 2 dishwasher pods is insufficient.

Friendly, helpful staff; nice ambience in the public areas; very clean, large, modern & well equipped apartment; excellent location!

There was nothing we did not like, it was a great place to stay! One very minor thing - there was only a coffee machine in the apartment, no kettle or teabags. However, a kettle was provided as soon as we asked so not a complaint just an observation!

Very clean and spacious. Perfect for longer stays since one can cook in a fully equipped kitchen. Pleasant, very clean bathroom. The front-desk employees were friendly and efficient.

The fold-out bed was extremely uncomfortable (the worst fold-out ever). So, we placed its mattress on the floor but… we couldn’t find any covers, not even a extra sheet - there was only one to cover the mattress. And we looked everywhere, including in the kitchen cupboards, etc.

Excellent location. It smelled like a spa when you walked into the property. The studio was clean and beds comfortable. The staff was pleasant and attentive.

The sofa bed was uncomfortable. We go a parking ticket when we parked behind the property. There were no signs that said no parking. I wish the staff had alerted us to this.

Very nice room and sound proof. We didn’t get a thing from other guest.

There kitchen is only equipped with the bare minimum and doesn’t really serve for cooking, if that is your intention. Like others mentioned there’s a train that passes right next to the building. It can be quite early in the morning. It wasn’t every morning though.
