Clean, comfortable, spacious and well appointed rooms. Extensive outdoor nordic spa area with multiple hot tubs, a cold plunge, a heated pool and a sauna. Nice indoor pool and exercise room as well. Nice, though somewhat pricey, restaurant onsite. Outstanding parks, trails and cafes in the immediate area. Dogs are welcome on the property.

One of the front desk workers was sour and condescending (the rest were wonderful). The Finnish sauna could be a little hotter. Some noisy children in the spa areas. “Dog park” area is tiny.

The food in the restaurant-bar was exquisite !!! We shared three entrées, the flambéd Brie for two was so heavenly!!! We shared the house salad, it was no ordinary house salad, it was scrumptious, as was the salmon tartar, so, so delicious, right down to the sublime dessert, we had never tasted a pouding chaumeur like this one And the coffee, OMG, the best we've ever had !!! The service, from the hostess, to the lady server we had, top notch!

I didn't get that "welcome to our hotel" feeling from either of the two ladies working at the reception desk. They were chatting with each other when we arrived, gave us our hotel room keys, explained how to get to our room, and that was it. It was a kind of cold reception. But other than that, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The suite was very well appointed and the kitchenette area was very practical. The bathroom was clean and the shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water. The suite was well-decorated and the outdoor balcony had a table for four and a lovely patio swing bench. The outdoor pool and hot tub area was really great, much better than on the photos (which are very nice). There were plenty of loungers and other cozy places to sit. Bar service at the pool was also very welcome.

We were there for two nights with two kids and our room was not serviced once. Beds not made, wet towels not replenished. We received an enveloppe to put a tip ... but honestly for what? Should I have tipped in advance to get service? Unclear. Perhaps the hotel is short-staffed. Many rooms face directly onto the parking lot and don't have privacy curtains, so unless you want to be in the pitch black with your blackout drapes, you have to essentially be visible to everyone passing by if you are on the ground floor. Our top bedsheet had a stain on it. We enjoyed the brunch but would have appreciated better coffee choices for the price.

The pool, the hot tubs, the restaurant.

We expected a room with a balcony and did not receive one. Our room overlooked the parking lot which was disappointing. People put their towels etc, on chairs by the pool for two plus hours at a time without using them. Meanwhile others went without as a result. There should be someone monitoring the use of the chairs, pool facility to ensure that they don't get saved and not used at all for hours at a time. Very unfair.

This was a repeat visit for me and I will definitely be back again. I love the hot tubs, sauna, and quiet yurt. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was excellent - spacious with a lovely well appointed deck. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the kitchenette in the room is handy. The bed was very comfortable.

Breakfast here is not included. The last time I stayed here we were able to purchase breakfast at the hotel. This time our first morning was a (summer) Sunday morning and the only option was a $30 brunch that required advance booking. We drove to Magog which is only 10-15 minutes away for breakfast which worked for us but might not be acceptable to some visitors. I would love to see an option to have breakfast included, even if it is just a continental breakfast.

I loved the layout of the room. There was a lot of storage and open space. I loved the covered porch and the swing . There is a lot of green space on the property. It was obvious people were happy and enjoying this resort. They were dog-friendly. There were restaurants on the property but we did not try them this trip. This hotel is only a mile or two off the main highway. It does not take long to drive into the Town of Magog. There are a lot of restaurants in the area.

The mattress on the bed was a bit hard. more like a futon mattress. Perhaps a foam topper would have helped. There were a lot of stairs from the carpark to the room. That was hard for us, an older couple with a dog. if there was an interior route with a lift/elevator it would have been nice to have that communicated to us at check in.

The room was spacious and had a lot of amenities including our favorite Nespresso coffeemaker. We were surprised to see bottles of wine and soda in the fridge, but then saw a price list and understood that it was not complimentary. We really liked that they had a King size bed in our suite. The mattress was very good. The area with the pool, hot tubs and sauna is very nice, but seems not big enough for this hotel. It was quite crowded on the Friday that we were there. We really enjoyed the Sangria pitcher from the bar that you could take to the swimming pool.

The pool and spa area seems not big enough as it was quite crowded on the day that we were there and it was hard to find a place on the chase longs.

We enjoyed the brunch, however, it was not communicated to us that there were 2 rooms where the food was located. Therefore, we only had half the options which was an expensive brunch with not the complete selection available. Only at the end of our breakfast when we were leaving did we discover the main room for the brunch. Perhaps a sign would be beneficial indicating where the brunch rooms are located. We were disappointed the location of the brunch rooms were not communicated to us.

I loved the spacious suite and the king-size comfortable bed. The spa facilities are amazing. Loved the fact that your dog is so welcome everywhere. Riley enjoyed her stay as much as we did. Highly recommend this hotel, the most dog friendly, I have ever stayed at.

The suites were huge and very well appointed. My teens had their own area and we had the other. The hot tubs, pools, and sauna made our stay relaxing. Also, there are several restaurants right down the street that were delicious.

Only con was no review by staff at check-in of the property. A brochure or hand out in English would be helpful.
