The room was comfortable. The view was fantastic facing the lake. We had a terrace and it was relatively private. They keep the grounds well maintained with lovely flowers and shrubs. The restaurant KOZ Bistro was very good with their Mediterranean dishes. Most of all, the staff were very polite and helpful.

Because we were on the first floor, we could hear guests above us walking or moving chairs around from time to time.

Room was great though only had a view of the parking lot. We had dinner at Koz it was just as delish as the last time I was there. On the lake side they have a bike path in summer / ice path in winter I brought my own ice skates and walked out the door to skate. It was amazing!

Comfortable, clean room with a great view of the lake and easy access to the skating loop just out the door. The Nespresso coffeemaker was fantastic, as was the onsite restaurant, Koz. The service at both the restaurant and the front desk was excellent. Would gladly stay again!

The view was beautiful; the room was spacious and nicely designed; the bed was comfy; and Louise at the front desk was exceptionally delightful!

The room was dark. We had some confusion upon arrival, as the bottom half of the sign that essentially said "Hotel Reception This Way" was covered with snow so that it looked like it said "Hotel Reception." Therefore, wee had a bit of a hike through the condos.

Location.

The terrace requires maintenance. They do not have slipper service, regularly all Hotels have this service and I have paid the same or a lower price. Under the beds, they need to be cleaned because there is dust, however, the sheets were clean.

We enjoyed a quiet suite on the eighth floor. Hotel is located in an area with various good dining options, and walking opportunities. MacLaren to the Canal, Elgin up to Parliament Hill, or down to some dining experiences. Somerset West to other dining experiences. The front desk staff was always very helpful, as was the cleaning staff. On site garage parking was also a plus. Breakfasts were very basic, yet was all we needed to start our day. Nice to be able to grab a bagel an toast in your own suite.

amazingly friendly staff, we had a lot of questions and requests and they accommodated all with a smile. they even helped us with kitchen utensils to reach in and unlock our car when we had locked the keys in the car. they go above and beyond. rooms were spotless and beautiful. can’t beat the location. like, literally, no other property exists with that placement and view.

bed was a bit soft for our liking, but that’s us, we like the mattress very firm. we were there in may, so trees didn’t have all their leaves, so good view to the lake. I wonder if when they are all plentiful, is your view from the 2nd floor impacted?

It's a very lovely place and area. Their Restaurant Koz is amazing. We will go back next year. The rooms are perfect with a balcony. The view is relaxing.

We loved everything

The location was exceptional to be near the water and able to walk downtown. The patio was not set up, so we made our own way to sit outside and enjoy. The room was very small considering expectations. We didn’t have a couch but two reading chairs, and no fireplace which I thought all rooms had. Our first night we ate at restaurant so didn’t need to drive anywhere which was luxurious. Great food and good experience. No pool or other bonus amenities but we enjoyed.

awesome location. with the restaurant out back on the lake and the bike path right there, you can’t get a better location. beds and AC were great.

elevator would have been nice since I happen to have a knee injury at the time but obviously not the end of the world. parking was ok but not great. a nearby festival may have contributed to that issue. showers were interesting too but I’m nitpicking. place was great.
