Breakfast not included, but i’m not a b’fast eater anyway. Lovely spot across the street from a McDonald’s (!), but a park and the lake (Memphremagog) is across from the McDonald’s and I could see a part of it from my room. The little town of Magog is in close walking distance to everything. Staff was welcoming and helpful.

The bathroom was quite small, with not much space to put ones toiletries, but, otherwise, fine. Furnishings and room/ bathroom were nice and clean. I’d certainly stay here again if the price met my needs.

The property is walking distance to all downtown Magog has to offer and very close to the lakeside park. Our room was comfortable and had everythng we needed. The price was a good value. Staff was friendly and accomodating.

Decor is a bit dated. Rooftop seating area is a lovely place to sit, but could use a sprucing up. It would be great if guests could access the building from the rear parking area, instead of having to go around to the front of the building.

Nice hotel room with all what you expect to have, fridge, coffee machine, comfortable beds. The window in the 3rd floor provides you with view on the lake.

The first day we arrived was cold outside (unstable weather these days). The heating was off for the season, so we had to use all the blankets available for sleeping. Fortunately, the next day the weather changed and it was warm and the problem was solved.

Comfortable,modern, fridge, microwave much appreciated. Location was perfect to walk around magog main street and the waterfront. Personnel warm and accommodating. when I asked for plates, cutlery and wine glasses, it was no problem.

Stuff happens...in the morning, the toilet backed up and nearly overflowed which was an inconvenience. Since we were leaving, there was no time to get maintenance in to fix it so, we had to "hold" things in.

We stayed 2 nights to attend Christmas functions and a spa day. The beds were confortable with its duvet and lots of pillows! Even though We had a room facing the elevator, we did not hear a sound…it was very quiet! And we slept very well! The bonus of a little fridge was appreciated! The restaurant was closed because of the Holidays. We remembered the food was very good and very affordable when we stayed there in the last during Covid.

Location is perfect - the town with its shops and amazing restaurants, as well as the park and lakeside activities, are all well within walking distance. Hotel is extremly clean and well kept even thugh it is basic; has everything you need.

Nothing - everything about this hotel is excellent.

Absolutely wonderful location. The staff was very nice.

Our room did not have air conditioner. That would not have been a problem if the windows opened to the outside. The hotel was completely booked from the eclipse so we did not even ask to switch rooms. Being somebody who sleeps very cold, I was not comfortable. For a lot of people, that’s not gonna be a problem or an issue. Otherwise, everything else was pretty wonderful.

Great location; clean and comfortable rooms; onsite parking; waterfront access across the street; easy walking access to Magog's main street. Good restaurants nearby.

The only thing we were not as impressed with was the continental breakfast the hotel was trying out. The choices were minimal at best (2 cereals, 2 types of fruit, no cream for coffee, coffee takeaway cups had mismatched lids that did not fit. Just have some 'kinks' to work out.

Location, size of fridge, 24hr security/accessibility, comfortable bed and pillows, bath as well as shower .

No mention of roof top patio , saw it from street after checkout! No real cream for coffee despite the fridge. Not really what I consider a beachfront nor even really waterfront, but the water is very close and accessible.

As many have said already, this is a respectable, no frills, straight forward small hotel. It was clean, comfortable and an excellent value. The hotel has excellent double pained windows that kept out all the street noise.

No complaints from me.
