The location was great, close to everything, just a short walk to the main road where all the restaurants & stores are. The rooms are very nice & clean , this is an old house with a lot of history, the bed & bathroom,a small fridge and the big flat screen TV are the only modern things in the room. This place has a lot of history, very charming & interesting.

The only negative thing is the traffic noise in the morning, because of the small air conditioner in the window, the noise of traffic can be a bit of a problem if you're a lite sleeper.

The host was very attentive. The room finishing were beautiful. We loved being able to sit in the elegant dining room with a bottle of our own wine dining on food we had purchased in town. After dinner we moved into the elegant lounge and played a few games of cards. It was elegance of a time long gone.

The front garden had not been tended since the summer rush season. The room bathtub had a rounded bottom which was a bit challenging.

Everything was great and this is why I stay here on business trips. Allowed flexibility on check-in and as well as on a late check-out that was greatly appreciated!

I was in contact with the property before my stay to have a specific room and did not get it. This is a minor issue as the room I was provided was still fine.

Liked all except floors are thin. Feel floor vibrating and feel like someone is in the room when someone is walking above. But would stay again nonetheless because it was a lovely room and pretty inn with all the conveniences we need

EVERYTHING. I would like to start by the hosts. Marie Josee and her husband were absolutely amazing. We were there for 9 nights , so you can’t really hide. it was clean , daily room cleaning , super clean , the location is for best. There is free parking, breakfast is good , beautiful dining room. Thé place is safe. I can just say that if you have a problem with stairs , make a mansion of that to get the first floor. I was offered the first or second and I took the second. if I would be coming back I would ask the first floor because I have I problem with my back and was really hard. That’s the only thing I can say I trend. I would absolutely with no doubt will be visiting this place again. we loved everything. A super lovely place , the people are lovely, ITS CLEAN, and all the rest. you even have free coffee 24/7. it’s a TO GO PLACE. for us it’s 5 stars bc I care for the cleanliness , daily room cleaning service, parking , and location.

I liked everything, but for people who have mobility issues- no elevator.

Very nice historic building, details inside are amazing. Free coffee is a nice addition and jacuzzi on the balcony (but we couldn’t use it because of the weather)

The floors in the room could use some more attention.

Excellent hot breakfast available until 11 am. In fact, we arrived for breakfast at 10:45 after shopping on the main street, and breakfast was still served with freshly made scrambled eggs, coffee/tea and toast. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The manager even suggested a scenic route on the way to our next destination. The manager also explained some of the history of the building, which has been carefully renovated.

There were a few large cracks in the bedroom floor (apparently the original floorboards) - to be expected given the age of the building.

The stay was nice. Large comfortable room and nice comfy bed. Clean. The breakfast was a nice touch. What made it exceptional was the service we received. Even though we arrived on a quiet off-season weekend we were treated really well in the check in and check out process and at breakfast. I would definitely stay there again if I go back to Magog

Very clean, rooms beautifully decorated. Very quiet and calm place, great location. Extremely satisfied , especially for the great competitive price.

More cable channels could be added in room's tv set

One room is full with sunlight, which is wonderful. Facilities are old but clean and functional.

The other side room is not with sunlight at all, which is a bit cold.
