The hotel looked nice and modern. The room was a decent size and comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The elevator was a bit antiquated - you had to hold a button down in order for it to move and then you had to line it up with the floor before opening the door. Kind of fun though. We only used it because of my spouse's knee issues. The room had interesting lighting. Mirrors had strip lighting at the sides. The room was quiet and conducive to a good night's rest. We liked the location of the hotel. It was near Montmorency Falls and Quebec City, the two main areas of interest for our visit. There were restaurants nearby and we had a great steak dinner at Entrecote Beauport one night and a good breakfast at Restaurant Normandin one morning.

It’s a motel just outside the city in a neighborhood that has many restaurants, coffee etc , east access from city, 4 minutes..we stayed in 2008 and they have done serious upgrades, rooms are beautiful for a independent motel, quality materials, it is priced well for travellers budget, free parking.. ask to stay in newer section I hear it’s the nicest, older is good though

Ok so this is weird, we went in for a quick continental breakfast in am .. they advertised croissants with condiments $3.45 ok so they have no jam, no butter, no peanut butter . Coffee was fine..

Nice property in the vicinity of Quebec City. Easy to get in and out of town without having to worry about the parking. The room was big and the beds comfortable. The stay was very nice except for a few details.

Staff didn’t inform us that the room wasn’t going to be cleaned daily. Hotel advertises soundproofing but we could hear people playing guitar and singing in the rooms downstair or passing by the corridor. TV is programmed not to be loud but this means you cannot listen to your programs.

The price was very reasonable, and the place is pet-friendly, which I really appreciated. The room was fairly clean and provided a simple, quiet place to rest. It’s a good option for an overnight stop during a road trip.

The room felt quite dated, and I noticed a layer of dust on the nightstand, which made me question the thoroughness of the cleaning.

I was supposed to stay in Superior Queen room with 2 Queen beds and my friend in Comfort room 1 Queen bed. Superior Queen room was just gorgeous, I didn't expect such luxury. Fully equipped with coffee/tea amentities, microwaive, well furnished shower room, excellent room design with a cut wall separating two beds, each side of the was equipped with a suspended TV set. But since my friend need a low temperature in bedroom and cannot sleep with window closed and his Comfort room was on the ground floor, so its window could not be opened, we had to switch rooms. Comfort room was nothing like Superior Queen, but it was ok for 1 night. The temperature in September was just fine to not having use airconditionning that was tremendously noisy. Comfort room also had a coffee preparation corner and was clean enough. Comfortable bedding.

Window in Comfort room could be made possible to open at least securely to let enter air; a bit shabby furniture, carpet and entrance door, giving to the exterior passage to rooms situated inside the building. Very noisy airconditionner Late check-in system is a bit complicated: key lockers can only be opened after specific time, programmed by the receptionnist. So, if you happen to come earlier, there is nobody to help, you just wait :(

Great location (for Quebec ciry and attractions nearby... e.g. Mt. St. Anne) and free parking, spacious room with divider between two beds. AC and fridge in the room.

Our booking was obviously not transferred correctly into the system ... was initially not found during check-in... and room was double booked afterwards... Could be all clarified with staff, but caused some inconvience/confusion. No breakfast offered

The hotel was clean for the most part. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Our hotel room was small but cozy. Really liked having the TV in front of the bed. Good for staying in on raining days and watching movies in bed.

There was a foul smell every time we opened the door to our hotel room, like someone had just taken a #2 in the washroom. We tried closing the washroom door, and it helped a bit. I also didn't appreciate that we didn't get our sheets changed on Thursday like we asked. We stayed there for a week & wanted new sheets for the last 3 days of our stay.

Modern room, good wifi, plenty hot water, quiet, good towels

Rude and unhelpful receptionist - maybe because I don't speak French, No useful public transport - local bus runs every 30 min but not all the way to city. Alternative bus is a hefty climb of 40m away.

Room ad bathroom were very clean and modern. Also liked double bed and double tv. Bed sheets and towels were very clean and white. I had a pleasant stay.

Mattress was a bit soft for me but overall it's a comfy place to stay.

It was really comfortable, family friendly, clean, quiet.

Not having reception staff on site after the 10pm, specially when you arrive late and with children and you have to pick up the keys in a different location
