Staff went over and above. The pool was great, and the waterslide. We also used the laundry facility which was very handy. The staff showed up exactly how to use everything and unlocked the doors to the family a few times. A very good restaurant is in the parking lot plaza and you get 10% off when you eat there.

Too many hockey families, and parents that let their kids run around until 1230am. Nothing to do with the hotel - staff asked the multiple times to be quiet and the parents would not listen. I would book floor 4 in the future.

Room was spacious and comfortable . Updated hotel with nice pool area with slide and hot tub. Breakfast had an assortment of cereal, yogurt, fruit, waffles and hard boiled eggs along with coffee and juice. Nice eating area. Staff was courteous. Discount for hotel guests at the restaurant nextdoor (Wendell Clark 's).

Too warm overnight as the air conditioner would stop after a short run. Looked clean but when playing games on the desk/table found some sticky spots that we easily wiped away. We were unable to use slide as it was roped off when we made it down to the pool- half hour before pool closing.

Easy check in/check out experience. Location was good. Comfortable bed.

Having the room window right beside the top of the water slide was quite loud right at 9am. I wanted to sleep in but kids were yelling and screaming a few feet outside my window. Obviously that’s out of control for the staff when kids are loud in the pool area. Just would’ve been a little bit better if there was a different premiere room for that reason. The jacuzzi tub in the room had some dirt marks in it. Just a few but those definitely could’ve been cleaned out better before my use of the room.

Great place to stay. Kids had a blast with the swimming pool and for the 24hr coffee station that was good the coffee was awsome. Better then tim hortons. It was always fresh . And the staff are very polite . Ill definitely be coming back again

The breakfast room . Needs touch up .. when you walk in. It doesnt look like anything is there to eat... the eggs are hidden in a fridge. and the pancakes and waffle machine are on the oppsite side. Looks like a bunch of equipment sitting in a corner . Need to have a big sign. Like grab some hot pancakes or make your own hot waffle ....

Family suite having a separate room for the adults and a king bed was great.

It was significantly more expensive than the Days Inn West Edmonton for a family suite, which was in a fun Minecraft theme for the kids and offered bunk beds, a sofa bed, and a kitchenette. Saskatoon location had the king bed which was great but we found more value for our money at the West Edmonton location.

The bed was nice and comfortable. The jacuzzi tub was clean:) the room temp was decent

The view. And breakfast The window curtains had to be closed if I used the tub in my room as it was a direct view Into our room the kids water slide. (Not a good idea to put that there) And the breakfast is not good. No hot meat for breakfast (full of grain and starches, and I'm gluten free and dairy free, so there were no options for me, we ended up going out to a place I could get something to eat)

Great service, good breakfast, comfy bed and pillows good location.

The SMOKING section is not in the right place. I do not APPRECIATE breathing in smoke as I am walking up to the front door of the Hotel. It definitely is not 6 feet away. Other Hotels have the SMOKING sections opposite ends of their front doors. This will affect my choice in staying here again.

The Days Inn has a great lobby, view of the pool with a slide. Our room was large and clean. I slept so well I actually didn’t want to get up. The coffee at breakfast but my husband didn’t like the muffins. I had the hatd boiled eggs and toast with cheese whiz. There was waffles apple orange juice cereal. I left my charger and when I called they had it ready to pick up. The staff was excellent.

Great place to stay for the price and easy access to the airport. Much better then a lot of the more expensive hotels.

The pool area is real nice, but we stayed August 15 and there were hordes of kids in the pool area, so we could not use it, but if you came in the fall or spring it would be great. They have a restaurant beside hotel so that is great when your tired and don't want to go out again.

I love the staff they are always very polite and helpful. The breakfast is great the rooms are a good size. I also love that hot coffee is readily available in the lobby at all hours!

The cleanliness of the bedding when we arrived wasn't the best. That is the only thing I would improve. I told the front desk, and they fixed the issue immediately.
