How friendly and helpful the staff was. How clean the room was and comfortable the bed was.

I didn't like the cable tv you have there wasn't much to watch but sports and for me who is not into that. The last time I was there the room had Netflix that was a lot better. I watched more movies on my phone.

We just stayed overnight. Bathrooms were small but over all good stay, comfy. No elevator. Staff was incredible! I would recommend this hotel. We had a king room and made an extra bed for my son. It was all they had left so we made it work.

The interior hallways looked updated and clean. The rooms did not have a rundown look and appeared to be well maintained. The air conditioning worked well.

When first seen the outside of the building was not encouraging and it is located in an out of the way back street.

It was in the area I needed, the room was very clean, the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

It was loud until late into the night, kids running in the halls people being loud.

The staff was really friendly and the cleaning lady even came the next day to see if there's anything I needed which I really appreciate it. Every time I've stayed there that has never happened.

The restaurant was amazing. The hotel was clean and had a very reasonable rate. I would stay there again.

My daughter didn't like that the toilet seat was chipped out and warn out or the table was chipped up but she did say over all she would stay again.

clean and almost half the price if some I have stayed in. only place I fount some stuff was under the bed. but I have stayed at higher end places that are worse.

smaller room than some places, found a bit of garbage and head phone under the bed.

Location and friendly staff

The tub hadn't been cleaned. Lots of hair in it. Because of the budget price it does attract a lot of unsavory customers and I was disturbed by a woman knocking on my door at 11:30pm trying to sell me drugs.

Staff. We asked for a late check out but we were continually harassed to leave by 1130 when we asked for 12. Then waited a long time to be checked out.
