My cat had found a hole in the box spring to nestle in. I went to one of the room staff who was wonderful in helping me to extract my cat. This meant removing the mattress and putting the box spring on end. The gentleman was able to calmly extract my cat for me without upsetting him.

The air conditioning was set at too low of a temperature. I had to put the heat on in order to bring the room temperature to a more comfortable level. The breakfast did not include any type of fruit.

Ras was very accommodating when we asked if we could book in early cuz we had a funeral to attend to in Dalmeny. He called us back when we were at Burger King having a bite to eat n told us we could come anytime n our room would be ready. we got back to hotel around 11:30am. Very appreciated. We knew check in was at 3/4 but we thought we would ask ,if we couldn't we would have come back n checked in after the funeral. Good location! We will return. Thank you again Ras!

The room was good. We had a main floor room (I'm handicapped, Doug) so that was great. They had us on the 2nd and changed it for us. We were able to park at our room (bonus). Breakfast was great and the bed was nice and comfortable. The fact that you had de-caf coffee was another bonus.

The room wasn' free.

Room was set up really well. Bathroom was clean, new shower enclosure and vanity was at a nice height - very efficient! All in all we were very happy with the room, location and the amenities. Staff was good too.

Really no complaints other than no housekeeping provided, but we were told that we could request anything from the front desk. Seems since Covid, it is so hard to get staff and I think hotels should still provide proper housekeeping even if the booking is for more than one day - they should be coming in to make the bed and do some basic cleaning and restocking of needed bathroom supplies.

Our stay was great. Everything was clean and in good shape. Cleaning staff were Great and helpful. Definitely a do again when I need a clean comfortable room for a night of two.

Check in quickly reviewed everything we should know. Surprised to hear about complimentary coffee/tea available 24/7 in lobby. Our room smelled stale when we entered, but the nearby cleaning staff immediately sprayed it with Febreze and left it with us should we need more later after an outing. The breakfast had many choices and the person in charge very helpful as was all the staff. When you are in Saskatoon for other events and merely wanting a clean, comfortable place to stay this is a great option at a very reasonable cost.

Love the fact that you can access your room on the main level from the sliding doors! We had went Christmas shopping and didn’t want to leave our bags in the truck, so this was very handy!

There was a bag over our smoke/CO detector.

The bed was comfortable. Nice shower. My husband enjoyed his bath.

There was a smell in the lobby and the room. The entrance some of the bricks were crumbled and not appealing. The hot breakfast - eggs and sausage patties were cold.

Unfortunately my sister set her phone down and turned her back briefly; someone in the breakfast room, who had been loading her purse with some food, grabbed cell and ran out. Staff were helpful though.

The breakfast was good all three mornings. Friendly helpful staff.

Breakfast supplies we're an issue as the morning became busy, the staff person navigated it very well. Maybe someone to call for assistance during these times.
