Very friendly and helpful staff at front desk, in breakfast room, in pub. Excellent food in the pub - Chef Azit is doing amazing work. Surface parking was very convenient (disabled slot near front door) with option of underground parking. Love that TV cable is SaskTel MAX! Pillow selection excellent - includes firm, medium and squishy. Perfect for someone with neck issues. Plenty of USB and AC ports to recharge computers/phones, etc.

No way to close curtains to darken the room during the day. Traffic noise could be dampened with triple-pane windows.

My wife and I greatly appreciated the downtown location of the hotel. We were able to walk to the Teachers' Credit Union Place to enjoy the evening "Come From Away" show. The room was clean and comfortable. Our grandson enjoyed the indoor pool. The continental breakfast was just what we needed to hit the road on the way home.

The hotel was under construction so we had to use another parking entrance a little farther away. The future plans for the hotel were available and the construction looks like it will nicely improve the hotel.

I appreciated how quickly and professionally the staff responded to my request to move us due to noisy neighbors.

I was disappointed that breakfast was not included in the price — in my opinion, this is not up to the standard one would expect from a hotel of this level. It even felt a bit humiliating when I was asked at breakfast whether I had a voucher.

very clean, access to gym, swimming pool and outdoor patio. free parking and central to downtown, but seemed to be away from areas where unhoused people are unfortunately having to congregate, which is good if you are uncomfortable around these matters.

I wish the breakfast had had a hot food selection, which I would expect is a given for a Hilton. A man did ask for poached eggs, which the waitress brought, but it was unclear if this was an additional paid option or not? And how did he know to ask, there were no additional menus. Seems warm eggs and bacon etc. should just freely available, or signs out for “by request”.

I have stayed at this hotel several times now and the location is key, it is within walking distance to everything I needed and wanted to do in Saskatoon. The food at the hotel is Perfection, the staff is Amazing and our hotel lobby bar server Holly well, she is a such an Amazing person and provides GREAT service!!!

Convenient location

Parking arrangements with the hotel and the mall could be improved. Lack of communication between the hotel and parking security made the process annoying and quite frustrating. At the restaurant, the food serving size and quality has changed dramatically since I last visited. Service was so-so. It was awesome during my last visit. This time, mediocre. Not impressed at all.

It is in the heart of downtown. Very close to most of the bus lines. Actually, Hilton Garden Inn always exceeds my expectations and it is my favourite option for accommodation wherever I travel to. The staff are really helpful. The swimming pool and Spa were fantastic. The beds were really comfort and the room was excellent.

Nothing almost

The exceptional professional customer service is so obvious throughout the hotel. From the friendly and welcoming check in with Oleksander to the very polite breakfast servers and the cheerful bartender , the exceptional service I was given made me feel like I was on a resort!! Thank you to Andrew for taking great care of his staff, supporting them, offering guidance and assistance and working tirelessly to ensure the meals are tasty and satisfying. Thank you to Oleksander for being so kind, friendly, and welcoming!!!

There was a shortage of cleaning staff but was given anything I needed for my room just for asking. I don't blame the hotel for the staff shortage they did their best to accommodate my requests. The area isn't easy to be in with so many homeless, but there were no problems due to the location.

At the conference where it was, we could walk to the mall and then walk to our concert we were going to. Also the lady who checked us in was very good evening with computers acting up she was still speedy and nice.

Only thing was the staff members in the breakfast area was a bit rude I would say. We had a few questions and it seemed when you asked her she snapped at you.

The staff were very friendly at this hotel. It was very clean and the location was perfect. Shopping mall just across the road and very close to bars and restaurants. The pool was spacious and clean and also had a jacuzzi.

The only thing I could say was that our room looked a little dated. It was quiet a dark room but that's not a major problem.
