The location of the hotel is very good at walking distance from the seafront, Plaza de Armas and plenty of restaurants. Staff at the hotel were really helpful and friendly lead by Juanita, who made us feel like home. The entrance is wheelchair accessible, though the door is hard to open. Rooms were well equipped.

They didn’t have an accessible room or it was not available at the time, so even if there were no steps to access the room, doors inside the room were too narrow for an average wheelchair to move around and access both the bedroom and the bathroom. Nevertheless, staff were very helpful and made our stay as comfortable as possible. Also wifi was sometimes a bit slow.

We stayed at Hotel Endurance both before and after flying to Antartica. We were in two different rooms for a total of 5 nights. The rooms were comfortable. Beds were great and having food placed in our refridgerator each day was wonderful. One night we had it for dinner, other times for breakfast. The location is perfect. It was an easy walk to a grocery store, restaurants and shops. The reception desk staff and the cleaning staff were professional and kind. We highly recommend this hotel.

Our first room was on a busy street. We used our ear plugs and the white noise machine on our phone and problem solved. If you are vegan or lactose intolerant much of the food provided will not work for you. There were eggs, lunch meat, cheese, yogurt, and cow milk.

Location was perfect, good breakfast - you have to cook it by yourself ,very good hygiene everywhere, all the staff were very nice and friendly but probably they are very afraid of the management of the hotel in order not to make a mistake, my case is perhaps a precedent, but their POS terminal refused to accept all my cards (with which I have paid everywhere in the world), then they refused to accept all my available notes because they were crushed( I think that’s normal, I don’t made them), all the time explaining to me about their rules and how their manager does not want such notes, etc. After all this I had to look for a solution how to pay in a foreign country for the night, all the time they explained to me that I have to go and withdraw local money and pay a high price because of the local currency, of course I didn't like that and decided to look for where I can exchange my banknotes for smaller ones and I finally found it! Everyone was very happy

almost nothing to do in Punta Arena

The staff is excellent and almost feel like family. The room was quite comfortable and the bed was very comfortable. The location is fantastic and walkable, close to restaurants, coffee shops and a 2 minute walk from the big super market. This is a great property with a very cozy feel to it and very clean. I will definitely stay here again if I can get back to Punta Arenas!

Super clean, nice bed and bedding, friendly and helpful staff. It was 2 blocks from Plaza de Armas, and one block from a big grocery market. Everything was walkable. Bus terminal was 5 blocks away. I had everything I needed…breakfast was left every day in the fridge with eggs, ham, cheese, bread, yogurt, and juice, so I was able to make it for myself. I had the ground floor room next to the office on the street…I would recommend requesting one in the back or upstairs. Really enjoyed staying here and would do so again.

My room was on the ground floor on the street right next door to the office. As a single woman, being on a ground floor always feels a bit uncomfortable because the shades have to be closed all the time. I don’t like being in darkness.

Clean, comfortable and centrally situated… ideal! This was our first hotel during our 3 weeks holiday in Southern Patagonia and it was ideal. The staff was welcoming, the flat was very pleasant with everything needed to make it a very comfortable stay. A copious breakfast along with delicious snacks were placed in our fridge and room every day. We strongly recommend. Thank you very much.

Breakfast items were left in fridge each day which gave us the option of breakfast or lunch. Also biscuits were left every day! Room was very clean and towels were changed daily. Well located for accessing centre of town. Most importantly, all the staff were so friendly and helpful, especially PamEla - thank you for making our stay special!

Everything was fantastic, from facilities, to daily breakfast left in the fridge to customer service. Well equipped, with all utensils etc, well located and very friendly reception/management etc. Each apartment kitchenette has a microwave, toaster, kettle and a hot stove - everything needed for cooking. Will definitely stay here again next time.

I have stayed here before, it fits what I need when I'm working away from the office and for longer stays away from home. I can rest, cook and work all at the same place. Great location and I like the flexibility of the breakfast delivered to your door and catered to your dietary needs.

Some noisy neighbours but it got sorted once I informed the reception.

Warmly welcomed by the lovely front desk staff. Our room was clean, comfortable, and as described wirh separate living area, kitchen & bathroom. Can recommend and would definitely stay again. Safe & secure. Breakfast items were left in the fridge each day, and we could cook an egg or make a pasta dish for dinner- everything you need is there. Great location as well. Thank you!

Room was a little too warm for me, but as soon as I located the little window and opened it was perfect.
