Nice hotel in a good location.

Bookings/Hotel messed up the bookings and we paid for rooms multiple times.

Clean room friendly staff

The waiter should not pretend to understand English I asked for red sauce spaghetti and seafood Got white sauce then the manager brought me red sauce and noodles I ate it. Then I said to the waiter I really want spaghetti with red sauce and seafood. The cock adds some red sauce to the original white sauce that I rejected and I couldn't eat it What a mess. The worst was they changed me for three meals and I only ate noodles with red sauce.

Clean, comfortable and a decent breakfast. Excellent location. My room was much smaller than what was listed on Booking.com and had no view (window looked out on an air shaft). This may be because the hotel has both newer and older wings and the older rooms are larger and more attractive. Nonetheless, I considered it reasonable value and an excellent location in a very expensive town.

Nice lounge/bar and restaurant. Restaurant food is good quality. Friendly, helpful staff who were kind when our flight was cancelled and gave us rooms almost immediately (at 10am) Sizes of rooms vary - the info given is accurate though so one should understand what you will get. The budget rooms are a very good price for Punta

The budget rooms look into internal light wells, so there’s no external view. Most rooms are reached after a few steps (4) down, so you have to lift your cases down

The room, as well as the hotel lobby, were comfortable and clean. The bed especially was nice and comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was excellent and the water got hot very quickly (very important in the cool climate of Chilean Patagonia). The location was excellent, but, then again, the tourist core of Punta Arenas is not that big, so all of the hotels scattered around the downtown have excellent locations.

The room was a bit small, although it was not cramped. This was OK for someone staying alone (which I was), but I would not have someone in the room with me. The property had a sauna, but it was very expensive to use and not included in the room rate. The breakfast options were good in terms of quality and variety, but just that: good. Restaurant hours were irregular and unpredictable.

Was centrally located, food was very nice.

I had booked for two days and it kept showing for one day, so billing became an issue. They was separate bills for each day instead of all together. The staff has problems understanding. Once I check out I asked the staff if everything is cleared , she said yes. While waiting for my ride he rushes and says that one dinner payment isn’t taken care off. Very unprofessional I say.

if you stay in the oldest wing, the shower is not that good; we found the breakfast too expensive, we preferred eating in a cafe that was more tasty and less expensive

The location is an easy walk to the city center. Close to many restaurants/cafes and a very easy walk to the waterfront. The staff, especially Fernando (bartender in hotel lounge) was amazing. As a single traveler, I ate most of my meals in the bar - very good options.

There was not much I didn't like - the only comment I could say is my room was VERY WARM, but I was able to open the windows for fresh air.

Great location, with a small but comfortable and tidy room. The included breakfast options were great. It was only a short walk to the main city area where restaurants and souvenir shops were located. We were able to store our luggage with the front desk both before check in and after check out.

A little bit of confusion with the breakfast signage around the hotel indicating the location that the offer breakfast during peak season (we were there in off-peak). Otherwise, no issues.

This hotel is so well located and the staff are kind and helpful. It’s so quiet at night and very comfortable and clean.

I wasn’t impressed with the way they dealt with luggage storage. No labels were used and the door was open and unlocked at all times. We felt that anyone could have taken anything and this could be much more professionally dealt with.
