Vast improvement in staff services compared to our last stay a year ago where they were very unwelcoming to international travelers. Room and lift key card system has also been improved and is now stable where it used to stop working out of the blue. Wifi is very stable. Unbeatable location as well as excellent food and service in lounge and restaurants.

Pillows were flat but you could always ask them for other types of pillows. There were also huge mosquitoes in the room and lounge. During peak season, unpleasant smells like smoke or vomit from other rooms would travel into our rooms via vents and pipes.

The 2-room suite was very spacious, comfortable, clean and pleasant to stay in. The hotel is beautiful and very well decorated.

Employees speak very poor English. At check-in they are able to provide the basics. But if you have questions or problems, no one is able to help you. Same problem in the lounge bar. This hotel is no more than a four star hotel by European standards. Rarely have I experienced a five star hotel with so many noisy guests and running around, screaming children. Both downstairs in the lobby/lounge and in the hallway on my floor. The area is not really worth a visit. Not much to do, no nice walks. You need a taxi for everything. I would recommend a hotel closer to the city center.

Nice & Clean Hotel. Good location and easily accessible to foods, shops, restaurants. Room's furniture and carpet are a bit outdated for a Hilton standard. But overall it was Good. The staff at concierge desk were very helpful in booking taxi for us and introduced us to the Tour guy to get ticket for the Forbidden City. The restaurant on the top floor is quite nice for the Peking duck, great service and nice atmosphere for a quiet dinner

air-conditioning not working on a hot day, not pleasant! The Hotel knew that the air-conditioning in the bedroom was not working and they still gave us that room. Upon complaining, they said they knew of the problem with that air-conditioning and will bring a portable unit but that was really noisy. Finally, we requested for a change of room, and reception told us that there was none. But after complaining, they straight away agreed to change the room as it was very stuffy in the bedroom.

The staff was cooperative and helpful, Veronica at the front desk, and especially Mia Mi. Mia made sure that my stay was convenient and easy providing help in every possible way, even helping me in reaching locations I planned to visit and negotiating on my behalf. I cannot thank Mia enough, and she deserves 7 stars for her lovely spirit and and amazing support, Thank you Mia, and thank you Double Tree Beijing

Pretty well furnished hotel. Much less static shocks at the metallic lift buttons and hotel rm door handles.

Very shocked that the costs of upgrading just 1 room to a family suite costs more than the deposit.

We loved our stay. Cherry at Reception made our stay even more special as she was so helpful in helping us navigate our way around Beijing. She helped with directions, where to visit, and where to eat!!! All her recommendations were perfect! Thank you Cherry!!!

The staff were always very helpful, and the property was clean and well serviced. The beds were great and the location of perfect. 

The daily room charge did not agree with the Booking.com amount, it was inconvenient to have to deal with this. Also, the Internet would not work in my room and s ask though they tried this was never fixed. 

The room has an executive feel.

Hilton is expensive. Some of the younger counter staff has to understand that this is an international hotel, and therefore, they need to be more forthcoming, and comprehend circumstances. There shouldn't be any prejudice or calculated judgments. As long as any client that walks into Hilton, they have to be at anytime courteous and forthcoming with smiles.

The staff, the room, the breakfast, the facilities, the whole experience was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to everyone.

unfortunately the walls isn't concrete, somehow you can hear voices from the next room. But the people on my duration wasn't disturbing
