Excellent staff, great room, good western food options. Shuttle bus to the Fair. Good size clean room with a super comfortable king bed 🛌.

Price was excessive because of the Canton fair I suspect, I have stayed at 4 more 5 star hotels while travelling around China, they were all half the price.

The room facilities and presentation. Friendly and efficient staffs. Price performance at low season.

Prefer less items for the breakfast, but with warmer cooked food, fresher fruits and cakes..

The location was good for finding street food, cleanliness of the room. Friendlybstaff, trying to help eventhough their are some limitation of English.

A bit far from subway, better provide some information for the bus route it would help tourist for travelling. Bathroom door better arrange in another way will suit better for friends stay together.

The hotel is located opposite the Tianhe Park and is within a short distance the park entrance. Rooms are a bit small but the rooms are at least well laid out and well finished.

Communication in English or other languages at the reception and restaurant is a problem. Please improve that part. 🙏🏾

Good quality, clean and spacious room. Unlimited bottled water. Good WiFi.

Location is not near either the old or new downtowns.

The room was clean and spacious and five minutes around the corner an amazing array of street food and restaurants

Staff were helpful and attentive.Breakfast was good, Good little convenience store.

No english TV at all.
