The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially since it's my first time in China. The room I booked was very big and was very clean and the location of the area was about 30 mins from the Caton Fair area. The area is also surrounded by places to eat, if you're not keen on local food there's a McDonald's conveniently located nearby, which is a 7 min walk away. In terms of breakfast, that they had decent variety, but as it's a small area to eat it's packed full of people in the morning and no place to eat, you can however, place some breakfast in your plate and ask if it's ok to bring it back to your room to eat.

Not much really, only thing I would say is that since the hotel is located in a neighborhood, there's only 2 small roads leading to the hotel so you when you arrange for a cab or car, you need to be mindful of that, the car or taxi may not always stop you right outside your door and the pickup may happen opposite the road, but nothing too difficult to handle.

Room was clean and most things work. Commendation for the free use of washing machine and dryer - an unexpected bonus for our stay here! The staff is friendly, helpful and patient at all times, so making it a very comfortable time for us. Special thanks to the hotel entrance guards who helped us with our luggage so graciously!

Breakfast could do with more variety but it is tasty and well-cooked though. Was expecting a fabulous breakfast as stated on the Booking.com website. But it should be termed as 'very good' at most.

Very nice hotel and really worth its price. Nice neighborhood with restaurants and convenience stores. Not the best english speaking staff, but there was one younger man and one younger woman that was very service minded and help out with everything we asked for. They also have a nice restaurant on 2nd floor.

Have nothing special to complain about. Maybe the overall english skills, but it worked out fine.

It was my first time in China for a business visit. The breakfast was for me the best where i could eat what i see often. The place was clean and the staff was very helpful. Assisted in getting a sim card and getting a taxi. The hotel is also close to shops where one can easily buy things.

Apart from the fact that is was far from my meeting destination, it was all good. The language was a difficult one to communicate. I had to used translator.

The service from the staff was immaculate. Room get cleaned every day. I needed to get a suitcase and Rachel ordered it online and the suitcase was there in no time. Best service ever. We had a shuttle bus to and from the canton fair. Really happy with my stay here. Definitely will be coming back.

The staff is very very nice. Great value that the hotel has shuttle service to take you to Canton Fair. When we came back from the fair, they prepared free snacks. Also, they allowed us to use the restaurant tables for meetings even though the restaurant was not opened.

The coffee was not good.

Rooms were clean and sheets are changed regularly. Bathrooms are big and clean. Breakfast spread was great– fit for continental and asian palates. Neighborhood is surrounded by local restaurants and small shops. Easy to get taxis. During canton fair, they provide shuttle bus service.

The smoke smell lingering in the common spaces, but typical of hotels in China.

Facing some food problems in their breakfast as a Muslim, They should keep something’s for Muslims or they should clearly mention what is Halal and what is not
