the place was very cozy and welcoming, especially the staffs there. our room had a bathtub which was well maintained and we could comfortably enjoy ourselves in the bathtub. during our first day there, we were a little confused and didnt reslly know where to go. the staffs there were kind enough to reccommend us some places to eat and shop at. they also serve breakfast which was really warming and nice as the weather was really cold there. after we checked out, we decided to walk around the area since we had some time left before our depature. my friend suddenly fell sick and needed some rest. the homestay was kind enough to let us stay for another 4 hours so that my friend can rest. furthermore, they even offered us lunch for free which would probably not happen in other hotels/homestays.

The B&B is the most impressive one we have experienced. It's not only clean and designed functionally, but very tasteful. The owners and staffs are very friendly. They went extra way to help you. The breakfast is also the highlight. We didn't expect such varieties and being delicious. And night dessert! The location is excellent for tourists too! If you want to experience the beauty of XiHu, and the local culture, this is the place.

Very nice place in a quiet location. Nature and birds will enjoy you each morning at wake up. The hotel is in a small narrow street close to other houses but it is a really charming place. In the house you will enjoy a nice guest room where everybody share breakfast and you can stay for working or else. Team is really nice, but only Chinese speaker. So prepare yourself if nobody speak Chinese in your team :) Although it gives a really "lost in translation" feeling

If you come there for working, forget the Free WIFI, really hard to connect (a Chinese phone number is required) and even connected really unstable connection. Fortunately we have come there with a Chinese 5G sims that help us to remains connected. Another point, rooms door let to much sound come in. really disturbing when people are talking in the corridor

Love the quiet location just off the westlake park. the room and bathroom were clean, I got the exact room on the listing photos. the receptionist was super helpful in sending me location pins of the places i wanted to go. which helped because i could use the local Gaode map to get around, even with my limited Chinese skills... the bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the toilet seat had a fancy bidet with a seat warmer which may not sound very important, but when the weather is cold it's really nice to have...

the only thing about the building is, there is no elevator, so if you have a big suitcase, be prepared for it. But! the receptionist helped me cart my bag up the stairs too!

I am fascinated by the hotel! I am extremely satisfied with the attitude of the staff! Everyone at the reception speaks English and is very helpful! I would go back there in a heartbeat! I would recommend the hotel to friends!

I liked everything!

Compact but comfortable room, with a modern aesthetic. Really enjoyed the freshly cooked breakfast, and appreciated that it was different each day. Good location near a bus stop and scenic spots.

Amazing views and the food is top notch. The staff is very helpful, earnest, and always there when you need them. The rooms are clean, comfortable, spacious and beautifully decorated. Highly recommended.
