I chose this hotel specifically because I had read in other comments that we can swim in the sea and snorkel directly from the beach, and it is true! There is a small reef and some nice fishes to be seen, which is rare in Sanya. The beach and snorkelling staff are super nice. Other positives include the huge pool, heated indoor pool, several hot baths, and a free kids club with many activities which can keep kids busy several hours a day. And also beautiful views, including from the sea view rooms. No other building is visible from anywhere in the hotel, making the location extra exclusive.

Apart from the external architecture which I find too massive, the layout of the hotel is also very complicated, it’s easy to get lost. The western food options are quite limited (breakfast is ok but during the day there isn’t a lot of choice). And it’s a bit cumbersome that we have to sign a different waiver at every pool to let kids play by themselves.

We liked everything about this Hotel: - the design is great - the atmosphere overall is very relaxing - rooms are stylish - a crystal clear beach 2mins away walking with hotel’s sun loungers and umbrellas - hotel staff is very friendly and helpful - the variety of European food and fruits at breakfast is truly amazing Thank you for the experience 💖

Nothing at the moment, however, we could see some upcoming signs of “hotel-aging”, in a couple of years the hotel will demand renovation in rooms and common areas inside.

The secluded location allows for pure rest and relaxation. The artworks throughout the property are awe inspiring. The suite and the view over the bay are stunning. Food and drinks offerings are of high quality, but most of all the staff are outstanding. Especially Sam, Guest Experience Manager, Ado, the Pool House Manager, James, Pool House waiter and the Chinese restaurant manager were amazing. Amazing pre-arrangement in the suite, spot-on Chinese dinner recommendations, very professional, kind and smooth service at breakfast and lunch at the Pool House. I recommend it highly!

We liked literally everything, from the welcome at reception desk to the cuisine and other services. Hotel is well designed and exquisite in every detail. A good place to get some private retreat from city buzz. Great thanks to Ms Natalia from kids centre for assistance to get fantastic snorkeling experience!

Fantastic sea. The best beach on Sanya. You can go snorkeling. Prepare masks.

A very bad kids' club. There are a lot of staff, but the children play and study themselves. There are no signs to get to the kids' club. There is no entertainment on the beach. At dinner, the staff asked for the room number several times and rather brought some checks to fill out. Without giving time, enjoy eating and socializing. When checking in, no one told about the possibilities that there are in hotels.

Everything is really perfect, exciting and great. Additional thanx to Mr. Edwin Lin. His assistance helped us so much. If all the hotel representatives (not only Hyatt but any other hotel) were like Edwin, the world would be much better :)))

very unclear positioning of beach rest, on a plazha is not present bar, there is no bathroom - it is rather strange

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in for the last 20 years. You guys must try! Mark my words!

The bath tub shall have a small softy pillow for you to rest upon. Then it is heavenly perfect!

Facility is great. Superb pool. Room feels artistic and is very clean.

The food is very bad - sometimes even cold. Does not meet the standard of this hotel.

The hotel architecture design is really amazing, the hotel is well maintained and all facilities are very nice. The pool is huge with a good rest area below the trees. The sunny bay beach is clean, relaxing calm. We could enjoy the mornings and evenings there.

Some products, like some beverages coconut water, soft drinks were too expensive. I think a small adjustments at price would increase the sales and still being profitable.
