I’m so happy that I chose this hotel. Bedding is really nice; clean & convenient; close proximity to the metro line 11; super good value; front desk staff Sora is especially helpful at checking in; when he found out that Ctrip mistakenly cancelled my booking; he ensured i was rebooked with same deal & got it done as fast as he could even though his shift ended already. I’m very impressed with his professionalism & the way he handled the situation. David was also very professional & eager to help as well. I’ll definitely come back to this hotel if I come visit Shanghai again.

I wish the breakfast could be better.

The hotel is new and relatively clean, with a great location. However, our breakfast experience was less than ideal. The selection was quite limited, and the staff member at the entrance repeatedly insisted we pay before dining, with a rather unfriendly attitude. We later spoke with the manager, who was polite and helpful, which helped improve our mood. We hope the hotel can provide more training to staff with a more human-centered approach and consider adding more variety to the breakfast menu.

The room is quite lovely. Fairly spacious, clean, modern and a slightly chic, well designed and equipped, with small details here and there that made the stay very comfortable and enjoyable. There were also decent self-serve laundry facility and a nice gym. Staff was friendly and helpful. Getting to the airport was also relatively closer compared to more popular areas.

First of all be prepared to spend some time travelling to get to the city center, which is a bit far even by car. The area is also fairly quiet (albeit safe) at night, you'll most likely go to Taikoo Li for food, shopping or hopping on the metro, walkable distance. The room got quite warm at night but the A/C controls didn't change much.

The staff was very cooperative, especially Carrie and Elaine were very supportive and warmhearted and helped us with all requirements.

We had booked rooms with Microwave but they mistakenly gave us rooms without microwave. However, as soon as we informed them, they gave us a new room 😀

Stayed for 2 nights. I was put in the disabled room even though I’m not disabled. The room was very nice but there didn’t seem to be an extractor fan in the bathroom so every time you have a hot shower you set off the room’s fire alarm.

Very modern and clean, super friendly staff, big room, excellent facilities (laundry and gym). Only downside was that the internet was a bit patchy, sometimes fine, sometimes slow.

Evelyn on the front desk was amazing! She went above and beyond to help me sort out my problem. Throughout it she was helpful, kind and patient. This is a great hotel to stay at.

Good breakfast but with few International options. Good lounge and restaurant, great cooking style and good prices. Gym facility is very good and in clean condition.

Poor english comunication for the hotel category. Bar is not open during evening time, and some employees struggle to comunicate when you are a foreigner.

The service was excellent. One of waitresses in the restaurant who name name is Annie. She gave me and my mom an excellent service as she noticed what we needed at the moment. A lady who worked at the front desk who was so helpful to assist us to check in.

Simple good hotel, all necessary available. Wonderful staff! Spacious room.

Not even one English language TV channel available, very disappointing.
