Staff Lin helped me a lot during the stay. He helped me to transfer the luggage to next hotel with great sense of responsibility. Even there were some problem encountered during the process, he handled it with patience and kindness.

The location is very convenient and can order take-away. The inner decoration is exceptional and the room is very baby friendly. Staff are really nice and kind.

Pretty much everything, even the breakfast.
It's a bit far from downtown, so probably not the best choice if you want to explore the city. City view was not worth the upgrade. Stick with rooms with river views.

Pretty much everything!
Breakfast was a little rushed, as I stepped away from my table to get something my whole plate and coffee was removed, twice and so I gave up! No complimentary snacks in the bedroom

It is new and nice deco. Services were good and staffs are friendly and proactive to offer assistance.
I stayed two nights but the cleaning was not fully done. I saw the hairs were still on my bathroom floor, and it was at the “corner”.
