I love everything about this hotel. Location is amazing, right about the main Shanghai train station. There were lots of food options around the hotel, and a mini mart just right below. Some hotels don't accept shopping parcels sent over but Pullman does. It is a breeze as many of us love to shop online. I got some of my parcels sent over before my trip and it was kept for me until I arrive. Hotel meets the standards of a 5 star for sure! The room is clean and comfortable! Clean sheets, comfortable bed. The motorised curtains add a classy touch to the room! This is, in fact, my 2nd time staying here. What would be perfect is if they could have a full length mirror in the room!

High-end hotel, allocated room on executive level 26, extremely comfortable bed with good pillow options, quality towels and bathroom amenities. Close to exit 5 of the adjacent metro station; main hotel entrance is concealed down a lane way providing an exclusive feel; Extensive menu options at breakfast; reception team were wonderful, always very welcoming and courteous & offered late checkout which was gratefully appreciated (thank you!) Easy access to nearby Shanghai Railway Station if catching a long-distance train to/from Beijing or other cities.

Pool requires cap to be worn as per mandated rules in China - wasn't aware of this requirement.

Just checked out after a wonderful 5-night stay at the Pullman Shanghai Jing'an. This hotel truly deserves its high rating! The highlight was undoubtedly the front desk team They greeted us with genuine warmth upon arrival, handled check-in/check-out seamlessly, and provided excellent local recommendations (ask them about hidden gem restaurants!). Their professionalism and attentive, friendly service made us feel valued throughout our stay. Our room was modern, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. The bed was heavenly, ensuring great sleep. Location is perfect – steps from the metro, Nanjing Road, and countless dining options.One very minor note for improvement:The water pressure in the shower was slightly weaker than expectedmaking rinsing shampoo a bit slower. It wasn't disruptive, but stronger pressure would elevate the otherwise excellent bathroom. Despite this tiny point, everything else was superb – from the delicious breakfast buffet to the efficient housekeeping. The front desk team's outstanding hospitality truly sets this hotel apart. We'll definitely return on our next Shanghai trip! Highly recommended!

Very nice hotel with convenient location next to the Shanghai Railway Station and multiple subway lines! We got a room with a view towards the Bund. The rooms were really clean and well maintained. The bed was really comfortable. We only had the breakfast buffet for one morning, but really enjoyed it. The staff was really nice and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

The laundry service is really expensive... 40yuan for a T-Shirt is really steep.

The Hotel is just a stone throw from the Shanghai Railway station, The Hotel is located literally 1 minute from the Exit 5 of the Shanghai Railway station (line 1). Restaurant is on both right and lefty hand side as you exit the Hotel. There is a digital mall right in front of the Hotel (look for it). From the airpoort take Line 2 (green colour) and change for the red line at People Square towards the north and stop at Shangai Railway Station and use EXIT 5. Good Hotel like it very much. Staff fantastic and good value. I salute the Management

The Hotel is perfect and what I dont like.... is the cold weather... (hahahahah) it was -1 day time and overnight it was -5. My grandaughter was like freezing...we are from Malaysia .. hope you all understand

Very conveniently location right above the metro line 1 station. Very accommodating staffs in the hotel. Especially Would like to give the upmost thanks to front desk staff Ms. Amy who helped our family out with check in, place to visit, as well and our online Tao Bao orders ! (Highlight) very very helpful staff. Secondly to mention concierge Sean whom help us with train ticket bookings. Very well clean hotel and professional and helpful staffs!

Toilet did not have bidet spray.

The location close to Shanghai Railway Station makes it very convenient for catching trains to nearby cities, and the nearby metro exit helps with seeing Shanghai. Friendly and welcoming staff. Great breakfast with a wide range of local and international options. Spacious and comfortable room. We got a free upgrade upon arrival, which was a pleasant surprise!

The room was not satisfactory when I booked a suite but in no time at all they moved my rooms and I did not have to do anything. They also gave me a complimetary bowl of fruit. Also the breakfast service was much better. The gym was also really good. I like working out there.

I did not like it when they asked me to give the hotel a 'good' rating. That is MY choice to do so. I've stayed there before so I know how good it is.
