It’s clean and comfortable. All facilities are in function and worth the price.

Have to walk a bit to the metro station, but shouldn’t be a problem if you don’t mind walking or cycling. It was not far from the central area.

Very nice, cozy bed, nice bathrooms with soap/shampoo, common area+fridge+microwave+etc. available, snacks and drinks sold on the ground floor for returning late at night. You do have to pay a fee for a towel if you want one. Easily accessible by metro and a quick ride to the center city, but pretty quiet close around the hotel itself -- also very accessible to/from Shanghai Station.

Only usual capsule hotel disadvantages (obviously not a great deal of space, and four people to a room), so suited to those who prefer the space vs. price tradeoff this way around :)

Staff were so nice and very attentive to my requests. They are very responsive to my messages. Always kept our room and my bed clean with fresh pillow cases, bed sheets, etc. Staff’s English was limited but they have an offline translator that is very helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

I stayed in 4-bed room. It was quite comfortable, each bed had an individual shade, so there was enough privacy, and switching light on and off in the room was absolutely not disturbing (basically, I never noticed this during the night). Each "compartment" had an electric socket and small shelf for things, plus a locked storage in the room. Was also nice that the room had its own bathroom, and sound isolation was quite decent (again, I was never disturbed during my stay). The staff was very friendly. It was also easy to find and reach from the subway station.

Entrance to the room was from the "balcony" (a corridor outside), and there was a small puddle of muddy water right in front of the door (maybe an AC water, cleaning or overnight rain). That was probably the only downside I can think of.

Amazing! One of the best hostels I've ever stayed (I've in so many, trust me!). Interior design is jaw dropping (Japanese style), location is convenient, beds are so comfy, they give you towel and so many toiletries, all the fixtures are very premium. Complementary drinks during night and a very good and varied breakfast as well. Staff very helpful and friendly always worrying about you feeling comfy. Summarizing, it feels like a boutique hotel, you must stay and thank me later!

Not even one, perfect!

The location was excellent. The place was very quiet. The room was small but with all the comfort needed. The dorm contains a private bedroom which is very great. The bed was very comfortable.

The wifi wasn't working at all in the room. Not very clean (I stayed 5 days and the bathroom hadn't been clean all this time...)

It was my first time here and upon check-in they upgraded our room to a bigger one for free. They have clean rooms, location is close to public park, it's a residential area, convenience stores are everywhere, friendly staffs and the ambiance is just amazing!! I highly recommend this place! They have room service everyday and the pantry has an amazing vibe.

nothing, everything is exceptional

Room was super nice - we had our own bathroom, bed sheets were clean. In general the hostel was clean. The stuff is very friendly. Also there were towels, shower gel, shampoo provided - these details made the stay more comfortable. The common room also looked nice, there was a fridge, microwave and water boiler. As well we used laundry room - all worked.

For a big city like Shanghai, this is such a good place for solo travelers, it was a very good, clean, well-managed place with a good location close to the ATM, small convenience store and a 15 min walk to the metro station.

It would've been a great if the big balcony had chairs to chill outside but i notice that it is still being worked on, hopefully i can visit another time and it will be finished 🙏🏻

this is the second time for me to stay here. location is so nice! only few minutes to shanghai station by bike and lots of local mood.

last time i took a double room and that was so nice! i booked a single this time. no tv set and so small bed... i strongly recommend a double or upper level room.
