Convenient Location ( next to shopping mall, restaurant, coffee shop, bakery, sweets shop, train station, subway station = direct line from Pudong airport ( 22 station 70 minutes, 7 RMB ) ) Cleaning Staff’s Recovery Action ( water leakage of sprinkler in the room ) …… urgently recovered for my room with smile without complain anything during evening, technical staff tried to check leaked origin point of water leakage for prevention = this is the most important & I respect staff’s recovery service, hope to be promoted those staff’s position and provided good bonus also why nobody take action like this at the other hotels in Asia.

Water leakage in the room ….. it was seen flooded entrance & bath room after back from work, carpet was wet, it seems wrong working of sprinkler.

Friendly staff great place. I've stayed there on 6 different occasions and enjoyed every time.

Clean rooms, amazing views, great breakfast, shopping centre down stairs, beautiful park close by, plenty of food, subway down stairs and much more. 10 to 15 minutes drive to the Bundaberg by taxi or didi. Well worth staying there.

It has great location next to ZhongShan park. Subway right below the hotel. The breakfast is delicious. Cleaning Ladies on my 39th floor does a great clean job for both of my rooms.

The rooms each has double full size beds, but it will only allow max three person to book one room. I had to book two rooms for a family of four.

Translate to English: "The hotel is located very close to Zhongshan Park metro station. It is cheap and easy to get there from Hongqiao Airport, only 4 metro stations away. It is also 4-5 metro stations away from the picturesque Bund. The staff is friendly and discreet, very helpful. I had a room on the 36th floor with a beautiful view of Shanghai. On the 58th floor, there is an excellent lounge with alcohol and snacks. It's worth getting the package."

Navigator Ralph is so fantastic. We were in a hurry for the railway station, taking taxi will cost longer than taking subway. But we had too many luggages to carry. After knowing we had problem with going to the subway station with a two years old following us, he dragged two large luggage’s and sent us to the subway through a best route, we are so thankful for his help, we might miss the train without his help. 10 stars to Ralph.

there were only two bath towel for three, and one of them looks not clean. this might be the only problem we met.

great location! near exit metro line 2 coming directly from Airport and near shopping mall! very easy for food

Accomodation in the room is a little old! main problem, but seems to improve little by little, the air conditonning NOISY and difficult control. Pitty they closed the bar, in the passed, they had a wonderful bar! has disseapeard since covid

Easy location to access the train station. The breakfast was excellent and ideal to have 2 stations so allows easy access for all patrons. The room was comfortable. But nothing in minibar.

Location of the Hotel is very good. it is right at metro train station and very easy to commute.

Room AC was not that much efficient that it should have to be.

Great room and view. Great bathroom and bath with a view. Food ' shopping & train under hotel.
