This was our 4th stay in this hotel and we would come again. The value for money is great. the front desk manager (only know him as uncle chen) was very helpful. Breakfast was huge and delicious.

we had to 3 times the experience that the room card did not work and had to queue up every time to get access to our room...

An excellent hotel in a quite good location depending where you need to go in Shanghai. 10-15 walk to the metro otherwise directly located at one of the main roads. Very friendly and welcoming staff, great room and amazing facilities. Huge gym and a proper swimming pool. Definitely come back again.

The indoor pool of the hotel and the other spa facilities were very nice. The staff were friendly and the breakfast had a big variety of Asian and western dishes.

The hotel is a little bit farther from the metro station than I expected. It is about 1 km /15 minutes walking distance. We did it every day without having any problems but it was more difficult in the rainy days.

There are too few power outlets, and it’s particularly inconvenient that there are no outlets by the bedside. Also, the sliding door of the bathroom is broken.

Localisation is great and the view over the city was amazing from the 51st floor where was my room. Bed was very confortable

Very few people speaking English, even at reception. Hopefully I was also speaking a bit of Chinese, but it could be difficult for people who don’t

Personal was friendly

After 10 pm no possibility to get a drink at the bar Most of the Personal cannot speak english.

Breakfast buffet selection was great, better than other hotels in Shanghai. Staff was very friendly

Could have toiletries like toothbrush toothpaste.. more international channels, Netflix or YouTube integrated in the tv

Good breakfast, good room size, and a clean bathroom. The cleaning lady was very polite.

Nothing for free. All drinks and snacks at the room will be charged for a high price after your check out. 👎🏻 Shower gel is available but nothing to take a bath with. Bath salt will be charged extra.

Outdated rooms and outdated furnitures! No charging possible near the bed. Power sockets don’t work well.
