The location of the hotel was really good. A different area of the city but has a fair bit to walk and explore in the area. The breakfast option was vast and delicious. Reception staff were pretty good and friendly.
Our room was not ready even though we checked in late, around 4-5pm. This should be unacceptable. The housekeeping staff were not very knowlegable nor friendly. The facilities offered were lacking, small and just not that great. Can be improved. The rooms were not well soundproofed as well and we could hear people in the hallway loudly. WIFI was incredibly weak too.
