Soft beds in China! Finally!! The room and the views were fantastic, and while initially we found the staff at check-in to be uninterested and not helpful at all, her colleagues the days after made up for it, they've all been wonderful, helpful and knowledgeable. Shower worked great. But the biggest plus was the divine soft mattress, so we could finally sleep decently. The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood, but close enough to all the hustle and bustle of West Street. Bikes can be rented for only 10 yuan per day.

Well, you can't blame the hotel for it, but since you are next to water there were quite some mosquitoes outside, so we couldn't really sit outside on the balcony without being bitten all the time. They were not impressed by our deet repellent.

Great location with a great view. Staff were super friendly and helpful with changing dates last minute. Rooms were clean, alot of people criticize there being no elevators but it really isn't that bad. As with alot of hostels in china the price you pay in person is usually a little bit higher than what's shown on Booking.com, but the hostel is such great value that they could charge 2x and I'd still say it would be worth it.

It is a larger hostel so it might feel a little bit less personal than some homestay style chinese hostels, but this isn't necessarily a bad thing depending what you're after.

I stayed in the private room with a mountain view and it was amazing. Lovely balcony, great view, super comfy and big bed and a lovely shower with hot water (loved the heated toilet seat!). Staff were super helpful when I had questions and there is a really nice area to hang out and meet other travellers. The free laundry was great and much needed. I personally really liked that the hostel wasn't in the centre, and it was only a very easy 15 minute walk back (which was very safe).

Very nice place. Amazing location just out of the main town so it has great views. The pool and downstairs lounge area are great. Staff were super helpful and friendly. You can rent bicycles (¥20) or electric mopeds (¥30) for the day to explore the area. If the hostel run out of mopeds, more are availbalbe for ¥50 next door, and the hostel's bicycles are free after 5pm so perfect to go into the town centre for the evening. The room was big, clean, comfortable. The toilets and showers are in individual cubicles which is great for privacy. Laundry is free, and on the roof so there's lots of space to dry clothes. Amazing value for the price. Definitely can reccomend, would stay again anytime.

- The room is clean. - The staffs are very nice, they can all speak English and are ready to help you 24/7. - The hotel is well-prepared for foreigner with all the facilities that make you feel like living in your own house. - There are electric scooters / bicycles for rental. - The hotel also provides all the traveling information including maps and suggestions. What to concern : - The place is about 1.6km away from West Street (walkable distance). But you can find many restaurants and street foods along the way to the West Street.

We were a bit worried booking a place a bit out of town. One of the highlights is the nature and this place delivered. The room had a stunning view, which was worth the distance. Didi into town was only 1€ and quick, and the town itself left a lot to desire. This location was on its own an experience. The windows of the room were massive, it felt like living in an art piece. Also there are a lot of activities provided and the very English friendly.

The bathroom was a bit moldy.

The hotel is nice, with modern design, no TV (which I actually like), and great hostel-like reception with books, fresh water, post cards… washing machines and free washing powder in the last floor and renting motorbikes and bicicles is veeeeeery cheap. The reception guy was AWESOME! He doesn’t stop until he gets you whatever need or wish you have. Even if he doesn’t get any money out of it! Always with a smile, very good English, and with great coffee for a very low price.

I liked everything, but be aware that there is no elevator and the room can be in a 4th floor.

Fantastic place! The location is a bit outside of the city, but it gives it a beautiful view from the garden! The rooms are fantastic, I got the female dorm on the 5th floor and the windows and the views are just amazing. Also, there is lots of space for luggage, which I like. I didn't have to story my stuff on the ground. The common area is really nice, the staff is super friendly and helpful, speaks English really well, and help you with anything! It's easy to meet people there, everyone is so friendly. The rent scooters for a really good price. Loved it, I would definitely come back if I'm to go back to Yangshuo!

Nothing to mention!

Nice location just out of town, which is perfect to escape the madness in town. Staff is very welcoming and is able to speak perfect English. Rooms are clean and specious. There are some nice local restaurants in the street and it’s an easy stroll into town. Housekeeping is available on request.

Hand soap was missing in the room. Door to the balcony is not closing very well. Room could have benefit with some fresh paint but overall good value for money.

One of the best hostel we’ve got in China ! Room spacious, confortable and clean. What a view from the balcony ! You can wash and dry your clothes for free on the rooftop. A small swimpool to enjoy! Well located : 1km to Yangshuo center but in calm aera. You can easily rent bike or electric scooter in the hostel. Perfect to visit around ! They can advise you what to visit. They do speak english well. We really enjoyed calligraphy initiation on a rainy day and discovering Yulong river by scooter and by bamboo boat on a sunny day! Hosts are very kind and very helpful. Thank you !
