What's not to like from this place? For me it was the second year in a row staying at this property. Nice staff, great restaurants onsite, clean and quiet rooms and also a nice gym and spa. It is located close to the airport and there are many restaurants in the surrounding area with a variety of choices. A special thanks to the staff at the Pimento restaurant (where the breakfast buffet is served). We also had dinner there 3 times and thee staff was very nice, especially Bryann, who was very helpful with the requests for our last night to celebrate my niece's birthday. We will definitely return in the future to this hotel for our visits to Bogota.

My first time staying in a Marriot outside of the US. I loved how perfect everything was inside the hotel. I loved how helpful the staff was. Pretty much everyone I interacted with there spoke fluent English. One hotel staffperson (Robert?) saved me from a vicious taxi driver who tried to overcharge me for my ride from the airport. The location of the hotel was about 10 minutes from the airport. Breakfast buffet was amazing. The immediate local area had many restaurants, some small shops, and many banks with ATMs for getting American dollars. There was a mall nearby, a nice park with outdoor workout equipment also was close by. Ubers came in about 5 minutes.

I wish there had been washing machines in the hotel. I wanted to wash my clothes myself. I also wish that the normal lunch/dinner menu for the restaurant had had more gluten free and dairy free options. Seems like I remember everything on the menu had those in it. I had to special request a meal of a la carte items to avoid major food allergens.

the location is not the best, the touristic zone is not near to the hotel but there is 4 restaurants available in the hotel.

There is no mineral water in my room. I was given a bottle of mineral water in my previous stay, but there was no mineral water in my second stay

We were there for a couple of nights as we organized getting COVID-tested for our flights home. (That went quick, we didn't really need the extra time we allotted.) In the age of COVID, I was amazed at the quality and extent of the breakfast. I felt very safe with all of the appropriate precautions being taken to safeguard the guests and the food. After being at some hotels in the US where they can't even offer a cup of coffee, this was truly a great experience. The staff were very helpful and I appreciated (and I'm sure they did) that they didn't have to listen to my terrible Spanish. (I tried, but...) The hotel listings advertise an airport shuttle, and there wasn't actually one, we took a taxi to the hotel. ($20 for two couples jammed into one vehicle.) There was however an option to get a ride *back* to the airport with a service that the hotel could call, very reasonable ($8-9/CP 30000) that was chargeable to the room. The hotel is adjacent to a couple of other hotels so while we liked the hotel restaurant just fine and went several times, there were other options in the immediate area as well. On our free morning also we walked to the nearby botanic garden (about a half hour) - very nice. All in all a nice stay. I would stay there again.

The location is perfect because is only a 12 minute drive from El Dorado airport. The rooms are very quiet and the bed was super comfortable. The buffet breakfast was good, with a nice selection of hot and cold food and a very relaxing ambiance. Special mention to the front desk staff that was very professional and friendly during my two stays at the hotel on this trip.

Hotel was well located for access to the airport and all of the businesses in the northern part of Bogota. It was exceptionally good value, the staff was friendly and helpful and the room was very comfortable.

the closer it is to the airport

Even that is a Marriott hotel, it is overpriced considering the location. you can find a five stars hotel for a better price in Bogota.
