It's a small hotel really close to the airport (about 10 mins by car). Although it's close, the noise of planes landing and taking off is not loud at all. The shuttle service is perfectly coordinated, our driver texted us the instructions on whatsapp more than 24 hours in advance and we had no problems when we got out, despite arriving at 4 a.m. It's located in a quiet, residential area far from the traffic. The staff is super and very friendly! Last but not least, they sell internet sim cards that are way way cheaper than at the airport (about 7 € VS 25 €)

We were at the 3rd floor and the hotel doesn't have an elevator, but we spent just a few hours there between flights, so it wasn't a big issue getting the suitcases downstairs. It's more than ok if you just need a place to sleep, shower and eat something while waiting for your flight.

Really lovely staff! We arrived 2 hours later than planned because the immigration lines in BOG were extremely long and they patiently waited on us even though it was almost 1am at that point. The breakfast was also very delicious though limited. The room is very basic and small but perfect for one night. Overall good value for overnight layover and perfect location to catch a bus to the airport if needed.

The shuttle driver was a little difficult to communicate with because he did not have consistent wifi and seemed very anxious about arrival time even though I had given the team my flight details so that they could track it. In the end immigration took forever and I had to report to him manually but that is not his fault at all, just wish he was more calm at the start because it made me keep asking myself whether I gave him everything he needed.

The service from the staff was excellent. All twelve employees I met were friendly and helpful. Great attention to detailed and very security conscious. The owners showed up and asked about me and my comfort.

The room curtain didn't quite close, and the light came in at about 5 am every morning. I guess I could have used a sleeping mask, but I'm not used to it. The automatic light in the corridor was set too fast for me to make it to open my room door. Could have used a little more variety of food used for breakfast.

the staff was extremely helpful and nice. there was no hour they were not available. super helpful in every way you can imagine and more. the location near the airport and medplus coliseum are a good strategic choice for concerts or events.

doors and walls are a bit thin and you can clearly listen to everything that happens outside your room. if you are a light sleeper you might be woken up several times with late night arrivals or guests going down the hallway or stairs. also no elevator.

Perfect location near the airport. They arranged a taxi to the airport which was on time and the driver was very friendly and professional. The staff on the from desk were very welcoming and helpful. You can order food through front desk too to avoid having to go out late at night.

The room was pretty small and there was a strange smell from the bathroom at times but overall nothing that would put me off another stay

The best location for a long overnight layover, super close to the airport. I'm a light sleeper and despite being close to the airport, I almost didn't hear planes or street noise. Breakfast was simple but tasty and the kitchen staff were very kind. They also provide room service from a restaurant nearby for dinner. Great value for your money!

I requested to the hotel the pickup service at the airport and on arrival they were confused about the price of the service. They took a really long time doing checking for a small family before being able to do my checkin.

Daniela y Danilo were amazing very helpful, great customer service, the hotel was really nice and clean, good room temperature and nice comfy bed and pillows, plenty of covers, and although the view was not the best, it was nice, toilet very clean with hot water and shower gel, hotel has vending machines downstairs and breakfast is included

Shuttle is not free, you have to pay about $10 for it, and it would have been nice to have a fridge.

The room was huge, comfortable beds, hot water shower with ok pressure. Staff was very welcoming and responsive. Breakfast was good and the hotel is mostly quiet.

Thin doors, you can hear everything in the halls. The bathroom was tiny, you had to essentially get into the shower to close the bathroom door and had to have the door closed to access the sink to brush your teeth. Our toilet had plumbing issues, they couldn't get it to flush even after plunging it, so we were left without a functioning toilet for the night and had to go down to reception (4 floors down) to use the bathroom as the hotel was full and there wasn't another room for us to use. No elevator if you have trouble with stairs.

Have stayed here a few times and it’s really convenient. Fair price for the shuttle service and they were prompt and communicative during my late night pick up.

My only complaint is that the smoke detectors are always low on batteries and beeping in the hallways loudly all night. When I asked them to address that, they said it was normal and unplugged them. I’ve had similar experiences throughout Latin America and it seems to be a common misconception about how these devices function. Beep … beep … … beeeeep

Surprising. Breakfast was an actual cooked breakfast. Staff was great...and I mean great. Manager drove me to a restaurant. Staff very attentive. Vending machine didn't work; they literally had someone there in minutes to get me the items and I paid at the front desk which was always staffed. Shower was forceful AND hot (instantly).

Room was exceedingly tiny...not bad if all you were doing was sleeping there. No restaurant on premises. I won't say it was misleading...all the info was there, I just didn't research enough. In the U.S., if a hotel says 'airport hotel', one expects a certain level of amenities, etc. This is a boutique hotel with 'airport' in it's name, most likely because it is in the neighborhood of the airport. Not what I expected. But staff was excellent.
