Proximity to the airport

The design of the facility was very confusing and inefficient. The auto entrance was on the opposite side of the actual entrance, requiring a bit of a long walk for someone who might have challenges due to health reasons. The lobby was even more confusing; located on the 11th floor! The facility overall was clean and served its purpose of a night's stay. We canceled our stay for the return and booked another location, even paying an additional $20 due to these inconveniences.

Very good option near the airport. Reception+ bar at top floor. Fast check in and friendly staff.I had a quiet room. Comfortable and safe. Great shower. Good wifi. A few shops around. Free airport shuttle. Would definitely return.

Because the hotel is a bit further away from airport, the shuttle can take a bit longer to arrive. Also, a bit on the pricy side everything. Room price about a 3d of national minimum wage + daily menu for 40.000, which outside would be less than half. But apart from that a great experience.

The staff are nice people, The facility is clean and great restaurant, although menu limited, the hotel is located close to another hotel, restaurants. The room was clean although in my bathroom the extractor was not working. for me I recommended this place for stay to business or travel. The airport is around 15 minutes.

The hotel is located in a business plaza a lot of people around, I do not find another restaurant nearby.

I had a wonderful stay at Hampton by Hilton Bogotá Airport. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. I truly don’t have anything negative to say about my experience. The hotel provided everything I needed for a relaxing and pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to staying here again in the future!

The air conditioning worked. The room was pleasantly warm. Important in cold Bogota. The breakfast was adequate. The shuttle was punctual.

The rooms are small. The sockets by the bed didn't work. Only one small bottle of water for two people.

The hotel was close to the airport. Check in was easy, the room was comfortable. I requested an early morning wake up call and the front desk called promptly.

the thermostat in the room was difficult to adjust and as a result was too cold.

I only stayed one night but me and my partner had a great time. The breakfast was exceptional, a good mixture between Colombian and continental. The bed was comfortable, the room was tidy and clean and the location was perfectly in between Airport and Bus Terminal.

When we left early for our shuttle, the staff gave us packed food since we cannot eat breakfast bcoz of opu early flight schedule. Most thoughful thing a hotel has ever done for us and the food was great!

Wish we could stay longer

The staff was great and loved the food. Loved that the room is very clean and has a comfortable bed and pillows.

Wish there was a bakery basket to order or earlier complimentary breakfast since some flights are very early and you have to leave the hotel at 5:40.

I made a reservation, and when I arrived to the hotel, since my US passport said I was Colombian, they charge me extra. If I was only American, I had to pay different price. They told me that since I was originally from Colombia I needed to pay taxes. I told them to make the reservation with my husband's name (American), and they denied the request.
