Staff is professional and warm. They were very welcoming and polite every time they greeted me. The room was quiet and bed was comfortable. Room was spacious and did not feel or look outdated.

Restaurant tries to offer complex dishes when most of the guests are there with airport vouchers. They didn’t have sparkling water for two days. Better off focusing on simple, nourishing dishes.

The free shuttle bus to/from the airport. The travelers breakfast (my plan included breakfast but had to leave the hotel before 6 am which is the time the restaurant opens for breakfast, so they prepared for me and family travelers breakfast which we took with us). Walking distance from shopping malls, attractions and restaurants. Safe area. Super friendly staff.

Nice hotel, not far from the airport. There is a free shuttle from/to the airport. Restaurant is surprisingly very good! At the other side of the hotel are some small coffee shops, in case breakfast isn't included

Noise isolation of the rooms are poor! You can hear almost every word from your neighbors. Its quite far from the city center

The location was close to where we needed to go in town and it was easy to get going from the hotel. Breakfast was also top notch.

The hotel room missed a few important things, like they wouldn't properly refill the coffee basket every night.

It is a great place to stay if you're going on a business trip, it's convenient to reach the airport in 15 min and they have a shuttle that takes you there. I ordered room service several times and it was great, all the things I ordered were perfect,

Not so many places to visit in a walking distance, but if you go about 20 min you can reach nice shopping malls and restaurants.

Every time we stay at this hotel, it's 1000% worth it. The service is spectacular, the location is exceptional, close to the airport, and it has all the amenities to make our trip something amazing. Thank you so much for all the attention.

Room - Jr suite was upto expectation. Comfortable. Nice. Housekeeping does a great job. Great locartion close by the airport and shopping (two malls - Gran Estacion & Salitre) close by. Salitre is an easy 15 minutes walk from the hotel...near this mall are more shops on main street.

Breakfast could use some help. Perhaps more choice of "non-meat" dishes ... some local dishes would be great. A hot tub would have been great.

The airport shuttle was super convenient. The room was very spacious, the beds were comfortable, and it was very clean! Drinks and food at the restaurant were delicious.

Check-in was fast and staff was extremely friendly. The breakfast was excellent, the best we had in Colombia. The beds were comfortable and the aircon worked well.

Although it is an airport hotel, it still takes 15 minutes at least to drive there by taxi.

Good quality to price ratio. Super comfortable bed, nice gym, decent breakfast. All the small things we needed: iron +ironing board, coffee maker, etc. Super friendly personal, thanks them a lot.
