The hotel's regular free shuttle to the airport is really helpful.

When non-guests eat at the restaurant in groups (for meetings or celebrations) it can feel a bit cramped. It would be better if there was more space. Filtered drinking water could be put in the rooms daily .. At present you have to go to the lobby to grab a glass of water when thirsty, or you have to buy plastic bottles of water from the pantry.

As it was my first time in South America and I traveled solo, I chose this hotel based on its feedback and location. I could not have chosen a better place. I was able to walk around by myself and felt safe during the day and at night too. The front desk staff was wonderful. I wish we had staff willing to assist like them in Europe. I mentioned to Sebastien that I was cold and he brought me a huge blanket with a nice smile. Him and another receptionist helped me book my first Uber experience, something I needed help with due to language barrier. The breakfast staff was also very nice. Thank you for being such welcoming representatives of your country. Thank you Sebastien.

The hotel was very cold. It would have been helpful to have central heating. The internet did not work in the room. That is one thing that needs to improve.

My husband & I stayed at the Hilton on 2 separate occasions before & after our flight to Quito. On both occasions the service has been excellent. All the staff that we interacted with were very friendly . On first night we arrived at about 1.45 am and were saved by the young man on the door who explained to us that the price of the taxi that we had taken from the airport was much too high. He subsequently negotiated a lower price on our behalf. The young man on the desk was also helpful in confirming the taxi situation in English and converting some money for us to give to the taxi . The room was very comfortable and the breakfast very good . Overall a good choice.

Everything was Excellent.

The only thing that I didn’t like was that I was counting on the shuttle bus to get from the airport to the hotel. I arrived at around 9:15 PM and was waiting for a while, called the front desk and was told that the next shuttle would not come to the airport until 10:15 PM. I was too tired from a very long flight from Montevideo, Uruguay and asked the guy to send the shuttle. Besides me, there were other people waiting, totaling a party of five. The guy at the front desk told us that we had to wait. Long story short, we decided to take Ubers to get from the airport to the hotel and had to pay for that when, it would have been pretty easy for the guy at the front desk to ask the shuttle bus driver to go and pick us up.

first time staying here and it was great: I usually stay at a boutique hotel that I love in Bogotá, but for this stay I needed something very close to the airport as I was arriving very late at midnight -just passing by in connection to a different city- and had just a couple of hours to get some sleep before the next flight next morning, and so si saw the pictures and the reviews and felt convinced to try this hotel I was very happy with the results: Friendly staff, great location 5-10 minutes from airport, great facilities, very clean, very modern, great interior design, spacious, comfy, great rooms, great breakfast included in price, good pricing for value, great service

The room was clean and confortable. The breakfast had several options on offer from eggs to cold meat and cheese. The coffee machine in the room was welcome as this does not seem to be standard in Colombian hotels. The bus to the airport was very convenient and got us there in good time.

We had a loud humming sound in our room all night. We were on the 10th floor so this may have been some power plant on the roof. If you have a food allergy such as gluten or dairy there are limited options available, although, the staff do try thier best.

Check in was speedy, the room is spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was delicious with good variety. The airport shuttle is a big plus also.

The shuttle runs once an hour which can mean a long wait at the airport, but it's for free so can't really complain. The one thing that could be improved is the start of breakfast. It begins at 06:00 which is slightly inconvenient if you have an early flight especially if you have to catch the bus at 05:00 or 06:00.

We didn't actually stay overnight, but just stopped in to rest for the afternoon before catching our flight home. The hotel had a great little gym with a hottub, which was a perfect way to pass some time in the afternoon. Then we had showers and a very delicious dinner at the restaurant before getting the airport shuttle. The shuttle was great and absolutely perfect for getting us to the flight on time.

Just sad that I couldn't stay longer given that we'd paid for the night - but that's on us! We were very happy with everything!

Huge king suite for our family with 2 bathrooms. The king bed was super comfy. Free shuttle bus. Breakfast was good. Not from the airport.

The sofa bed for our teens was not comfortable at all! It just had an empty duvet cover and a blanket. They provided only 1 pillow for the sofa bed. We didn’t report to reception as it was late at night and we had an early start the following day.

Breakfast was included and excellent. It is very centrally located, great shuttle service to the airport which is include in your stay and taxis readily available to get you to any location in Bogota.

Everything met my expectations except the message instructions from the hotel as to where to get the shuttle from the airport to the hotel, it has been changed to the first floor by door 1 of the terminal instead of the second floor.
