We liked the location of the hotel which is very closed to the airport and the rooms have the essentials. There is also a room close to the breakfast area in which one can do laundry and ironing. At breakfast the scramble eggs were quite runny so I asked the personnel if I could get a portion of fully cooked ones, and they were very kind in preparing them for me. Thank you so much for that!

The toiletry products are very limited, so if one is staying longer than one night, it is good to bring your own. The breakfast is good but if one doesn't eat meat or has any food allergy, the options are quite limited.

The shuttle sevice is very frequent and punctual, but it takes a while to get to the airport as the bus has to back track to the main arterial road, via several side roads.The road system ther is diabolical near the airport. Breakfast was super, but the same every morning. Plenty to eat and a good variety of eggs, soup,yogourt, juices and coffee.Fruits were plentiful as well, but usually bananas and oranges.. The receptionist was very sweet, she used chopsticks to control her hair, she was classy and unassuming.

The man who oversaw the amount of food being consumed at breakfast. He was always hovering around telling the junior staff how to display the food.

Everything was allright, except when we was waiting for the shuttle. This really needs to change urgently. The person who reports to the desk first gets a card stating 1, 2 or 3 people who are going on the shuttle and the time of boarding. Those who report later have to wait for the next shuttle. It shouldn't be the case that we were the first to be ready to go on the shuttle since 7:10 in the morning and the last to get a place on the 7:40 shuttle. That's something to get really angry about. However, that's very rude people. But it's actually a mistake by the hotel that doesn't arrange that properly. .... y punto..!!! I was very very very angry 🫣😠😠😠😡😡😡 when we had to get out because there was no more place. Luckily we could sit in the front. ✍️

The property was easy to get to from the airport. We used an Uber to get there and later learned Didi also works in Bogota. Don’t even try using a metered taxi from the airport. The reception staff is very friendly and assisted with a very late night check in. Vending machine available for water. We didn’t know about the airport shuttle but used it the next morning to get to the airport and the service was very good.

Very minimal room. Worked for us because we had to stay a single night between flights.

This is a great place to stay if you need to be near the airport in the huge sprawl that is Bogotá. If you have more time, I'd recommend actually going into the city, which has a lot to offer, but if you are in transit or need to catch an early flight, this place is ideal. Very clean and reliable, good facilities. Plus, I think, the quietest room I got in almost 4 weeks traveling Colombia, which was a major plus.

Well, it has all the charm of an airport hotel, but since that's what it is, no complaints. You can probably get something more stylish or fancy in the area, but probably not at this price.

Proximity to the airport, comfortable beds, hot showers with good water pressure, free shuttle service to the airport. Breakfast is ok. Check in was easy and the staff was very friendly. If you don't want to take the shuttle, there are always taxi's waiting outside, and a trip to the airport will run you about 40,000 pesos, or around $10 USD. But for the price, If I didn't have an early morning flight, I'd probably choose to stay somewhere more centrally located.

There are two hotels in this building and it's a little confusing. No conditioner in the shower. Getting to the hotel is confusing, even for the taxi drivers. We had to navigate our driver to the hotel. It's far from the center and not a lot of food options around.

Close to airport. Shuttle in the morning. Accommodations were simple but clean and comfortable. Just needed an overnight place close to airport reasonably priced. We arrived around 5pm so felt comfortable crossing the nearby pedestrian overpass to the commercial center in search of restaurants most of which close by 8 or 9 pm. If arriving late there won’t be many options.

I ADORED this place. Quality price this was a big positive surprise. The building is super modern, very well connected by a shuttle, very close to the airport. Rooms are not big but SUPER functional, clean and modern. The building is on a quiet area where locals do sports in the weekends, it is very good for a quiet rest. Breakfast was good and there was an exterior garden where plants were labelled with botanical names. Adorable! I will surely return. Moreover, staff were fantastic and the early morning shuttle driver waited for me extra time in the airport and the departure shuttle driver helped me change my remaining colombian pesos to Euros. Both wete exceptionally kind and helpful.

I Loved the place.

I always stay in this hotel for three reasons: The free shuttle transportation from and to the airport. The location is near to the airport and then check-out is a 13. It is a good hotel to stay for an overnight

The problem with the internet remains. I always report this to the staff. It has been improved but you cannot rely on it.

I liked that it was so close to the airport and that they provide a free shuttle. Hotel food is good and reasonable priced. Free breakfast was amazing. You can eat big and stay full for the day

Only thing I didn't like was the TV selection. If they included Netflix it would be the perfect short stay hotel
