Courtesy bus transfer to the airport from the hotel. Difficult to find details on the website, but in February 2024, the bus leaves the hotel on the hour, every hour, from 05:00 until midnight (every 30 minutes from 19:00 till midnight, Pick-up from the airport is about 10 minutes later, at gate 5 on the second floor.

Not a problem, but be aware that the route to the hotel from the airport is considerably longer than one might expect from the map. The one-way system means that a vehicle must make a significant detour. So don't worry if you take a taxi and it drives past the hotel and towards the centre of Bogota. The driver has no option.

The hotel staff felt like family, especially Michael, who worked in the restaurant, making sure that everything was to perfection, the food was absolutely incredible. Actually, the entire staff working in the restaurant were over accommodating and were always found smiling 😊 The front desk were very friendly and helpful as well, especially if you need any kind of assistance. The hotel is located in very close proximity to the airport, so it's very convenient for short stays as well. I stayed for 4 nights left for 1 night but ended up going right back the next day for the rest of the duration of my trip. Also (most important), the bed was super comfortable with perfect pillows, it felt like sleeping on marshmallows. I travel quite often to many places in the world and I highly recommend this hotel.

Very comfortable mattress, spacious room and bathroom, good pillows, palatable water, and strong internet. Quiet room despite facing the road. Walking distance to an ATM and half-tenanted shopping center with two places to eat and a mini-mart. On premises F&B limited to a single outlet in the lobby, but the food and service were good and the pricing fair. The rooms are also good value, and you're seven minutes from the airport.

Being charged CMB9000 ($2.25) for a bottle of water in the cafe seems excessive.

Hotel shuttle was on time, so after over 24 hours of travel was a welcome arrival. Hotel staff were extremely kind, offering all kinds of advice and information. Food at the restaurant was delicious, waiting staff were exceptional too. Room was clean and very comfortable.

I liked everything. If anything the machines in the fitness room could use some maintenance but the hotel room, front desk service, restaurant quality were so wonderful that overshadowed minor negativities such as the fitness room equipment.

Close location to Bogota International Airport and free airport shuttle service that operates every hour. The hotel will provide those who can't stay long enough for breakfast with a box meal to take with them for their connecting flights.....a nice and thoughtful touch. The rooms are large and always impeccably clean.

I regret that my flight always has me leaving before the hotel's restaurant is open for breakfast. My only minor complaint is the lack of free bottled water available in the rooms however premium sparkling water is provided for a fee.

Shuttle service was great! I read a lot of negative reviews about it, but my experience was good! You only have to go upstairs at the departures, outside the door 6 to find the platform where it will collect you. It comes once an hour (between 30 and 45 past). Hotel is close to the airport. Gym is good, breakfast as well. Recommended if you have an early flight or if you get in the city at night and need a place to stay close to the airport.

We were sent to the wrong pick up place for free shuttle bus. Waited for over an hour, and had trouble getting thru to reception to confirm pickup location, kept getting put thru to reservations. Eventually found out that bus pickup at Bogota airport is at gate 1, not gate 5 as advised. Wasted 1.5 hours.

This was the best spot for a night between flights. My room was super comfortable, shower was great. The hotel itself is beautiful very clean etc. The continental breakfast was great, better than what I expected with breads yogurts etc. I had room service and my food was quite good and came super quickly. The staff were kind. The shuttle was great and picked me up right when I got there (even though it wasn't scheduled to leave for a bit longer) and took me back in the morning! 10/10 experience

It's a nice business hotel with a short shuttle ride to the airport, I have stayed in this hotel multiple times and it is my go-to hotel for flying in/out of Bogota.

Only having the airport shuttle go once an hour (and only starting at 6 am) can mean a longer than necessary wait at the airport for a pick up and less than ideal departure times going to the airport, such that on two occassions it has been easier to take a taxi to the airport instead.

Very well located, clean and spacious, staff super helpful and knowledgeable, check in fast, room extremely clean and beautifully decorated, breakfast was wholesome and loads of options, shuttle very nice with excellent drivers

Shuttle is a bit difficult to spot at the airport
