Clean rooms with all promised amenities. Super close to the airport, and the hotel breakfast was delicious. Super safe too. Select even has a coffee shop in the lobby, and Prime has a kiosk in theirs.

I don't really have any qualms. Only thing, the hotel shuttle left us at the airport. We checked in with the representative for Habitel, and when the shuttle arrived she told us to go to the trunk to put our suitcases in. In the 5 seconds it took to walk to the back of the shuttle, it just left. We were told to wait another 15 minutes for the next one, but we didn't have time so we took a taxi to the hotel and were not offered any sort of reimbursement. However, we had taken the shuttle 3 other times and it was reliable then, so I guess this one instance, while frustrating, was just a minor hiccup. Just make sure your shuttle driver knows you're there, I guess.

The facilities were very nice, clean, and the rooms were also good. We choose to stay at the Habitel hotel given that it was super close to the airport and we had a super early flight. In the morning at 4am the staff were ready to help us and there were fresh coffee and snacks ready in the lobby. Habitel offers free shuttle to the airport every 30minutes, which was super convenient for us. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay near the airport el Dorado.

At night, the rooms can be a bit noisy, but this off course due its close proximity to the airport and highway. Other than this, the hotel is for sure good value for money

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times while travelling in and out of Colombia. This time with my toddler. We were upgraded to the Prime hotel which was a nice surprise and it was a really lovely space for my and my son. We were only there one night but the hotel is clean and modern with nice facilities. The breakfast was ample and varied. The bed was large and comfortable and my son slept really well. The transfer was easy although I went to the old waiting spot which meant we got soaked in the rain which was totally my own fault, but a reminder to double check the pick up information. The new pick up spot is much better as it's downstairs and sheltered.

The wait time for the transfer isn't as frequent as before and ended up waiting a long time for pick up with my toddler which was a challenge but the staff were still really nice and helpful and kept me informed.

The hotel was unexpectedly great. The staff was helpful. The restaurant was very good, and the service was outstanding. The breakfast was great, especially for the "included" type, with a wide variety of options and fresh ingredients. I must highlight the exceptional service of the shuttle and airport staff, particularly Mr. Moreno, the bus driver. His dedication was truly commendable. When my mother needed a wheelchair and the airport was unable to provide one immediately, he chose to wait until a coworker, another Habitel Select employee, arrived with a wheelchair. This act of kindness allowed him to leave with all the new guests who had arrived at the airport and were on their way to the hotel. Mr. Moreno's coworker deserves another special mention. This woman (and I apologize for not remembering her name) not only went to a place in the airport to secure the wheelchair that the airline was supposed to provide, but when we were at the airline counter, we learned that to get their wheelchair service, we needed to return the first chair. This woman took the first chair back, brought my mother's passport, which she had to leave as collateral, and brought it back to us so we did not have to wheel my mom through the airport. You don't see this level of service often. Habitel, your staff training is truly exceptional. It's clear that your team is well-prepared to handle any situation with grace and professionalism. Congratulations on this achievement.

The hotel was conveniently located near El Dorado Airport. They have a shuttle that runs every 30 minutes which makes it easy to get in and out of the airport. The WiFi is strong! The restaurant has good food options and great service. The lobby area etc is clean and very quiet.

The room was a bit dated and had a lot of chips in the tiling of the floor and marks on the walls. These are cosmetic things that I am sure happen due to a lot of turnover of guests staying overnight.

It is very close to the airport, has a shuttle service every half hour. Good breakfast options. Comfortable beds They can keep your luggage after your check out so you can tour around the city before you flight. Remember that traffic makes you take 45-60 mins to travel from Zona T to the Airport

I rented two rooms, for the 2 there was a window in each room imposible to close, so all the cold breeze and plane noises entered during the night. Also for one of the rooms, the bathroom was stinking of cigarette smoke. Since we arrived to late we didn't request to be moved to another room. But it kinda makes you wonder if the bathroom was cleaned in the first place.

The facilities are great. Free shuttle to and from the airport every 30 min. Coffee shop with great coffee in the lobby, breakfast was great. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. The location is perfect, just 10 minutes from the airport. Most of the staff is kind and helpful.

A member of the staff (a waiter) was quite rude to us during dinner and then breakfast the next day. Unlike the Habitel Prime, there's no staff to help you with the luggage.

I could not find where to take the shuttle bus when I flew in late at night from Cartagena. I exited at the doorway i was told to exit from by the hotel, but I saw no sign of the shuttle bus. I realise it only runs every 30 mins, so as it was after 12 midnight, I felt it necessary to take a taxi for safety. I told the taxi driver the name of my hotel, but as there were 2 Habitel hotels side by side, he didn't know which one was the right one. I ended up checking into the other hotel and then being directed to the right one. Once there all was good. There was water to drink and a v comfortable room. Lots of hot water and bed comfy. I had no time to test the gym or spa, but it is clear there are lots of facilities for guests.

The airport shuttle was fast and attentive. The breakfast buffet had great choices. The room had a large bathtub to soak in (although the jacuzzi jets were not working).

The door to the room was next to a wide open space (and the elevators) so there was a lot of noise coming in from the reception area. The king bed was nice but the sheets were not big enough for it, they were probably only queen size.
