A super convenient hotel if you have an early flight out of Bogota (or a late flight in). Breakfast is included and there's a free hotel shuttle if you don't mind waiting up to an hour (I believe they leave every hour). The room was small but comfortable and with all the modern amenities a solo/business traveler could need. Lots of plug points, great bed, TV, safe, etc. The breakfast itself was decent. The staff were friendly enough but we struggled to find anyone who could speak English. There's a little on-site cafe for lunch and dinner: the food was excellent and the service, excellent.

Not having anyone who can speak any English at all is a bit frustrating. We needed to organize the airport shuttle for friends who had arrived after us and we felt stuck trying to communicate that with the staff. There was one woman at check-in who could speak some English but the concierge (your first point of contact as an arriving guest) was where the language barrier really hit.

Excellent stay close to the airport. I particularly appreciated the shuttle bus between airport and hotel, as well as the great buffet breakfast. The room was spacious and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again when in Bogota!

I really cannot find anything to complain about. Everything was excellent, from the reception staff, to the room, to the luggage storage the next day, airport shuttle etc. Great hotel!

Location is close to the airport and easy access to Avenida el dorado and Calle 26. Nearby business centers and Nuestro Bogotá Mall

The service was average. The people that checked me in did not have knowledge of fee charges for residents outside Colombia and billed me for them. They didn’t even try to verify that I had presented my passport and international documents

For the price I was expecting standard accomodations, but was amazed by the quality and professionalism of the staff. Definitely a first class hotel. Good transportation from the airport and next to the Transmilenio.

The coffee at breakfast could have been hotter. Everything else was great.

We stayed here to be close to the airport for an early departure and because they have a free shuttle 24 hours a day! We enjoyed happy hour and dinner in the cafe. Everything and everyone was terrific!

The hotel was super close by to the airport! It was like a 15 minute ride in thee shuttle the hotel offers (also great). When we arrived at the hotel the check in was fast and Camilo, the receptionist was extra nice! Breakfast was OK. The room was more than enough for two people that only had a long layover in Bogota.

Vegan sandwich at The Deli restaurant was fantastic. Breakfast bar was outstanding too. Room was fresh. The bed was amazing! I also appreciated the free shuttle from the airport.

Location nearby the airport. Shuttle to the airport included, was a great deal! Staff was nice and helpful. Has parking option if you needed. Room was comfy.

The room was prepared just for one pax and they missed the towels. They solved it quickly so nothing to complain. Not a break deal. Breakfast could be better.

The room is soundproof with dark out curtains, the bed is very comfortable, the toiletries are of a good quality

Poor quality coffee at breakfast, the coffee station in the room was scarcely stocked. And I had an unpleasant incident were the shuttle driver trying to extort money for the services rendered free of charge by the hotel. He claimed that he was an independent contractor, he jas a smaller SUV with the hotel's logo on it. The hotel should know about it.

Our room was clean, comfortable, and modern. Bathroom was spacious. We had everything we needed. Quick, clean airport shuttle. Great doorman and shuttle driver.

The key card system was not working well, so we could not enter our room without a staff member. Apparently, there was no one on duty to fix it? Not having a working key made room access more complicated.
