Clean and convenient. Spa staff exceptional Breakfast great and restaurant staff very helpful and friendly.

Reception staff can be very unfriendly at times depending on who is there and also give you incorrect information about hotel facilities. Was told initially guests could be booked into the spa, then later NO by a female member of reception staff with redish hair, then YES at $10 pp by another. Then exceptions to only males by another, then again the fee got increased to $20 pp. Disgraceful. Feels like you're at a market bargaining rather than a 5 star hotel.

the rooms are really big and nice, I loved the typical Colombian breakfast, and was surprised by how pleasant the staff at the restaurant were. they have a wonderful garden too.

WAITING, we arrived at the airport and waited for the transport from the hotel, even though they said the bus would arrive in "20 minutes", it took about 40 minutes. luckily it was only 5 minutes to the hotel, when we finally got there, we had to wait almost 45 minutes to check in. it was the middle of the night, a long queue and only one receptionist, we had traveled a long way and were tired and wanted to go to bed quickly, but that didn't happen, at checkout it was the same, only one receptionist and a long queue, people who were supposed to check in and out. I think that since it is such a nice and popular hotel there should be more receptionists who can make the experience much better. the receptionist who helped us was really nice and professional even though the stressful situation.

Hotel room was awesome, in my case also the airport transfer worked out fine. BUT: it was at a different pick up location: ground floor around exit #1. In my case there where habitel Service People in yellow tops around the exit. If you are staying in habitel "Prime" tell them so.

Different Pick ups busses for the different habitel Hotels, other residents where taking wrong busses or were at least not aware of that (there are at least the prime and the select habitel). Let the service people know that you are a habitel prime resident if you are, also queuing was much shorter for me

Check in was fast and expedite. Room was ready and spacious. Reception staff was superb.

breakfast: for a country like Colombia, the fruit options were very poor. At the time to get to the dining room, most tables were empty but dirty - most available still had dirty plates from previous clients. Breakfasta option, apart from very frequently fruits consisted mainly on carbs loaded with sugar or deep oily fried stuff. Far from anything healthy. No yogurt, no eggs (it took 20 minutes to replace the empty tray), no oatmeal (it is so easy to offer fresh oatmeal!). Staff seemed overloaded. Clearly, not a staff problem but poor management.

This is the hotel I always try to stay at when I travel to Bogota. in 2024 probably stayed here 12 different stays. The location is great and free shuttle is very convenient.

My concern for the previous stay is being reviewed and I appreciate that very much. While I realize many of the guests may not drive and park a car at the hotel. The parking has checking over the past couple years. I was not a fan of taking the paper to the opposite guard hut to get it validated. Yet the current system could use some adjustments also. The card system works as long as you are staying a while. But I often stop in to grab something from my room and leave quickly. The card has not made it down the exit end before I leave again. Possibly allow the driver to hold the card so that id is ready when they are needing to depart?

It is our second stay in 4 days ... Using the hotel as a stop over as we travel around Colombia .... It's been consistently excellent (I can only manage 2 cocktails, but they are delicious!), breakfast choice outstanding and much more than just a buffet. Staff attentive and the whole hotel runs exceptionally . Bravo!!

Not sure about the coffee machine in the room ... But that's because I'm a bit dim when it comes to using it ... Not a reflection on the hotel!! But a basic instruction sheet would be helpful! :))

We stay at Habitel often, so the best thing is probably the consistency. We know what to expect, and those expectations are often met. The breakfast is tasty and varied. The front desk staff is attentive, and the bell hops are kind.

There's got to be that one guy with a sour attitude...one of the parking lot attendants was a real jerk. I wish we would have gotten his name to share with the front desk, but maybe that would not even have been worth our time...sheesh.

Really spaceious and well designed room, unfortuntaely the LED lights were not nice too harsh. The breakfast was excellent. The manager helped me with an issue. The coffee was good.

The instructions how to find the shuttle were incorrect (it said 2nd floor but it was on the 1st floor) which made us wait for more than 30 mins then get a taxi. The phone numbers provided in the booking chat and on google maps were wrong so i could not reach the hotel about the shuttle. When we arrived there was a massive group of people waiting a long time for the shuttle.

Would have liked more lighting in the room, maybe one or two lamps would have helped. Only one hand towel provided for the two of us. The maid was unable to provide extra hand towels.

Very nice hotel, staff was friendly, breakfast was good. Transport service from and to the airport was excellent and easy to use. Room was good, very room, with a seating area, excellent bed and shower.

It's an airport hotel, I did not go outside, but i don't think i missed much, and i also don't think it's recommended to go outside in the evening or night. I flew in from Europe, stayed the night, and next day took an airplane to a different city, and for that I think it's perfect.
