The front room staff was (is) very professional and attentive. There was a billing where I was accidentally charged. The staff saw to it that a refund was given. I spoke very little spainish however the young woman gladly ordered my food for me. That is excellent service. The room was clean and very nice.

It's close to the Movistar Arena that was the point of the trip, easy to go and came back. The room was pretty, clean, and good natural light and ventilation.

It can be a little disturbing the movements on the building, even though it was adverted in advance.

No air conditioning and no extractor fan in the toilet

Location, space, staff.

It did not have a kettle or an iron. Light in the room was a bit dark. Breakfast options are quite limited and outside the hotel. No other facilities such as gym or restaurant.

Modern and spacious room. Very comfortable bed and basic amenities. Housekeeping and location on point.

Lack of a fan and basic kitchen utensils. Also the outside noise is a lot.

It's close to the main Avenue, so you can hear the sound of the cars and buses. One of the sheets had a stain.
