I really appreciate they updates the room make some remodeling

They need update the tv you can’t Connect you phone or access to Neflix , Disney or any app tv are old .

Breakfast was diverse, with local recipes and excellent service. It would be great if they included non-gluten options. The room is clean and comfortable, and the location is just around my needs.

The coffee offered with the breakfast could be better: always paid for an additional offer. The air conditioner had no fan option, and they tried to fix it with no luck...

From the hotel suite, to the staff, to the facilities, to the restaurant, everything was absolutely amazing and for the price it was unbeatable!!! The location was outstanding and easy to maneuver in and out of!! I loved it!!!

Excellent location. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was good and hot. I'll probably return. Location, professionalism of the staff, waitress, easy access downtown, gym, sauna. etc...

My electrical socket in the bathroom was not functioning. I reported it, they looked at it and said they would fix it the next day... I stayed 11 days but they never repaired the electrical outlet... Disappointed but that's ok. More clean towels and fresh water in the gym.

All staff were extremely attentive and friendly. All provided amazing service. Leonardo (one of the drivers at the main entrance) deserves a promotion. He provided incredible service.

Toilets need better water pressure. Every time you flush, the toilet gets dirty and you have to hold down the flusher.

Spacious rooms. Good value for Money. Friendly staff.

Rooms a bit old. Plugs are not well positioned near bed and work desk. Breakfast quality is good (some things very good) but a bit small in variety.

Its our 2nd visit to a Sonesta branded hotel. We like the experience and comfort associated with staying there. My wife especially liked very much the bathtub in our bedroom.

Our hotel bedroom lacked wall hooks and it could have had another table to put luggage on. The red breakfast chairs were looking a little worse for wear. Some need to be fixed or replaced. The wood planks around the pool are warped and need paint.

The facilities of the hotel are great- the jacuzzi, the sauna, the pool on the roof. The staff was always helpful and friendly. The breakfast selection was good. Worth visiting.

It is not a new and fresh hotel and some things may need a repair (some drawers were broken in our room). The ready-made coffee in the morning was not good and we had to pay extra every morning for ordering a capuccino or espresso.

Breakfast was amazing. Coffee was excellent, Servers were very attentive for the most part. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I especially enjoyed the company of the bartender, Overall, a beautiful hotel with wonderful staff.

Location was ok. Neighborhood around hotel was safe but there were nearby areas that seemed a bit sketchy. Sometimes servers at breakfast seemed to dote on certain guests and were slow to serve other guests.
