Very good hotel, facilities are good and very complete, it has everything you need to be comfortable and the staff in general is very nice, they have a great customer service!

Location around is not the best, but it is easy to get transportation to wherever you need to go and there is security/staff from the hotel always supporting you in the outside

The staff were very helpful polite and attentive. The rooms were cleaned regularly . The breakfast was basic , however as the menu was in Spanish it made it slightly difficult to decide. Some of the staff at reception did speak basic English which was definitely helpful. If I can name the reception staff who were very helpful they were Luz ,Gallardo ,Dayan Causada,, and Gabriela Jarava Good

The only issue is that the location was somewhat noisy.

The hotel was close to the market I wanted to shop at. The value for the money. The restaurant was good for breakfast and dinner.

Due to my own fault, I booked the broom closet room and by the time I saw that, I was not able to chose a better room. I stayed in the room without a window.

Staff was very generous and kind, asked for more towels with no problem, restaurant was affordable.

The location is far from the getsemani, taxi even with indriver cost alot to go back and forth.

Breakfast was good with exception of pork, someone who is a Muslim or Jew will only beable to eat eggs while there!

Clean room, excellent service from staff.

Location near main market, surrounding streets dirty from trash.

Simple hotel close enough to the airport.
