Very comfortable room - large bed and large room. Aircon was great. Delicious and huge buffet breakfast - good option. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely pool and pool area. Location felt very safe even walking around at night. Good restaurants/shops/ATM close. Easy walk into Getsemeni and the walled city. Much quieter location than those touristy areas.

The pool was in the shade, breakfast was delicious and staff at breakfast were really friendly, great to have a fridge in the room and really appreciate the air con.

Terrible shower, cold and minimal pressure. It was quite noisy at night, although we think it was coming from neighbouring hotels/houses

We enjoyed our stay here. They have a few rooms which did not have a window but found us one with a window for us. Bed was large and comfortable and shower was adequate. We enjoyed having hot water for tea, coffee and juice in the lobby available day night. Breakfast was good and they bought almond milk in for my vegan husband. We were too busy sightseeing to use the pool. Plus only open 9-6pm. The was some gym equipment too, but didn’t try it. The location is walkable to everywhere really and felt safe after dark. Not that we were very late. They seem to have a lot of staff, a couple spoke some English which we appreciated. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

The staff! Just amazing people( everyone- cleaning ladies, in the kitchen and reception) ! Thank you very much for everything. The hotel is very cute, good service, tasty breakfast, not too far to the wall city( 25 minutes to walk or 10 minutes by taxi). A lot of restaurants and supermarkets close to this hotel. We enjoyed our stay here and really recommend this hotel!

Good value for money. The staff is very friendly! They helped us in the evening when we urgently needed medication and brought it within 10 minutes! They answered all our questions, provided helpful advice, and promptly resolved any issues. The rooms are spacious and everything works. There are air conditioners! We had two rooms, one of them had a small refrigerator and three huge windows. The second room was bigger, with a wardrobe, but it didn't have a window at all. There is no hot water, but usually there is warm water in the evenings. We thought that maybe it heats up during the day. It's comfortable to take a shower, as the water is indeed warm. It's great that breakfast is included. There was a small selection, but there was always scrambled eggs, fruits, and cereal. The area is very quiet, no noisy parties or disruptive music. There is a 24-hour shop within a 10-minute walk where you can buy water. The city's historic center is a 20-minute walk away. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was affordable and very good.

Absence of a window in one of the rooms. The soundproofing is not very good, especially with different floors. In the room with three windows, the windows were very dirty :c

We usually stay in Gestemani or Old City but we wanted to try staying in Manga for the first time. This hotel is excellent if you just want to relax inside or near the pool. Staff is great. Very safe. Nice to have breakfast included.

The neighborhood has a nearby Olimpica grocery store and a few nearby restaurants but in general the options to eat are limited. It's a short Uber ride to the more active parts of Cartagena.

The room was clean and ample. A/C worked well, WiFi was good . The only drawback was that there's no hot water but in reality and fairness it was not necessary because the ambient outside temp was very hot and consequently the water was warm in the shower. The best thing was the staff , very kind , courteous and helpful .

We really enjoyed our time there. The area is safe and not so touristy. The rooms are really clean and make you feel comfortable. The staff is helpful and kind. There is a pool and breakfast. Very good price for Cartagena You can walk to the city centre quite easily but you can also take an Uber which is very cheap

There are not much choise of nice restaurants in the neighbourhood. We chose this hotel because it was cheaper than hotels in the center. So actually is was not so bad to walk over the bridge to Gatsmani

The rooms with spacious large bed private bathroom Hotel safe desk and TV. Breakfast is good the entire staff was great. While I was there the manager of the hotel Katarina and Samuel spoke English which was awesome. They helped me get around. Hotel is only about a 10-minute walk from Getsemani.

Just not enough hot water in the shower.
