The staff here are amazing. They went out of their way to be welcoming. They made the experience with their hospitality. The rooms are simple, but very clean. The AC works great. Iron and hairdryer were available upon request. The breakfast was simple and delicious. Very thankful for the vegetarian options everyday! Location is great and close to everything. About 12 min walk to the walled city. I felt very safe at all times as a woman traveling alone.

No negatives really! Only thing is that the wifi wasn’t as strong in my room, but that could have been my device’s issue and not the hotel.

A lovely place to stay. Great location on the edge of Getsemani (but minutes from the centre of it and about 10 minutes walk from the Clock Tower- entrance to the walled old town). Quiet at night and comfortable bed so a great night sleep. The owner, Leo and all of his staff were so friendly and welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. A very nice breakfast served from 7-10am includes coffee, tea, fruit juice, fresh fruit and a cooked main dish, all included in the room price and very nice. The place is very clean and rooms clean and refreshed with fresh towels and bed linen every day. Wifi is very good throughout the building.

Nothing. Fully recommend and will do so to family and friends.

The location in Getsemani is very convenient, only a 15-minute walk into the Old City and tons of restaurants/bars within a 5 minute walk. It’s also on a main road, so it’s easy to get an Uber/Didi/taxi. There’s also a pharmacy right next door for any essentials you might need. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, taking care of our every request. The bed was super comfortable, and we slept so well! The breakfast was simple, but good and saved us from spending extra money on expensive coffee/food elsewhere. Highly recommend!

Be aware that if it rains a lot in Cartagena, the streets flood very quickly and it may be difficult to get to and from the hotel. Fortunately, the hotel is located high off the street, so there’s no concern of it flooding.

The hosts, the employees are so friendly and accommodating they make you feel like the place is your home. The place has a rustic charm. I am vegetarian and they went above and beyond to make delicious breakfasts. The location is fantastic to walk everywhere and it feels very safe. The people at this hotel make it very special . The view on the rooftop is beautiful of the castle and the monastery and so nice to watch all the birds whilst chilling after the heat of the city .

Not much .

Absolutely delightful little hotel ideally placed in Getsemani for exploring locally and the walled city just 5-10 minutes away on foot. Rooms very clean and comfortable & breakfast was excellent - fresh fruit followed by scrambled eggs. The main standout is the owner and the staff, Esperanza, Amy, Alba & Leo. They are simply the kindest and friendliest people you could wish to meet and who can’t do enough for you. Very highly recommended

Nothing - everything was great

Location, the rooftop terrace and cute little jacuzzi pool for cooling off in after a hot Cartagena day, the view from the rooftop and the lovely people working there. I felt at home. The breakfast was nice and a great way to share travel experiences with other guests.

My room didn’t have a window to outside but the rooftop made up for that. And cool showers but again because of the heat it wasn’t a problem. I loved my stay and would come back again.

Great location on edge of Getsamani without the noise .Right across from a piece of the old wall. 1.5 blocks to Trinidad plaza where lots of restaurants and the action is in the evening. 10minute walk t to fort across bridge and 12 minute walk to Centro . Saw monkeys and a sloth in park along way. Cold tub on roof to cool of in and deck chairs .Good AC in our room. Good breakfast with fruit,Omelette , juice and coffee was included .

Bathroom a little small . No hot water but don’t really need it.

A very charming hotel in a great location! With very warm and helpful staff, the boy who greeted us was a a very enthusiastic person with a lovely attitude, sorry if we forgot his name. He gave us really great tips for places and restaurant. The gentleman, who seemed the owner, was very attentive and of good conversation as well as the girls in the morning shift. Room was comfortable and cosy. The hot tub on the roof top was great to see the view of the city and an actual coming storm that made the sky look incredible. The hotel is perfectly located to explore Getsemani and the other barrios too. Totally recommended! Gracias!!

Nothing can be faulted! Nada!

A beautiful colonial era home, with indoor plant filled patio. It is a small hotel, the staff are amazing. They were so helpful & went out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable . It has a plant filled roof garden with spectacular views of Cartagena. It also has a hot tub available there. Leo the owner, is a very welcoming host, and also goes out of his way to look after his guests. I loved the breakfasts, fresh fruit, fresh squeezed juices, eggs & toast. Plus as much good Colombian coffee as you would like to drink. Herbal teas were also available. The hotel is just outside the “busy “ vibe of Getsemaní, a few minutes walk, but close enjoy to enjoy.

The owner (Leo) and staff are wonderful. They work so hard at making sure guests are looked after completely. Leo even went out and bought me an extra large tea mug 😊 The area is perfect- a block or so away from the craziness of Getsemani and so a bit quieter and close to the Old Quarter/Walled City. Bed was comfy, air con good. Everything was spotlessly clean There's a lovely patio on the roof. Breakfast was always quite satisfying. Did I mention how great the staff all are ❤️?

The building is old - like every other building in this area. There's a musty smell in the room but we got over it quickly - it's just what happens in old buildings close to the water. We also found the price a bit high as it's an older, family type BNB, but I think it's the area as everything in Getsemani and the Old City is very highly priced.
