Lovely spot right in the middle of lively Getsemani! Close by 2 lovely small squares (Trinidad), and the historical centre and the tourist port are within walking distance Nice rooms around a small but lovely somehow refreshing pool (the water is pretty warm). Airco works great.. Lovely warm staff during the day. The evening/night gard little grumpy at times. Storage room for your mochillas if you head out from the airport late afternoon.

Breakfast is included and OK but fairly simple compared to what we experienced in other places. And the minimum amount of fruit, with too much papaya.. The Tomato de Alto jugo is amazing though!

The staff is nice and welcoming The hotel is very well situated in the heart of Ghetsimani (however you can hear music from the street, very nice for the atmosphere since Cartagena is very lively so you get the full experience but if you are bothered by it, maybe request a more quiet room) The room has AC and looks very nice The breakfast is included, option of either scrambled eggs/omelette or pancakes Security present all day and night

We had a room that was near the entrance, in the attic so always a climb to get there; the other rooms were on ground level though Security is always present but there is no key to the main entrance or code, you always have to ring to get inside (more difficult for the guard that has to get up everytime than for us but worth mentioning) There is a door to the shower but that does not go completely up to the ceiling so not always great for privacy and the door to the toilet is foldable

Location, right on the heart of Getsemani. Full of life on the streets, and felt very safe. Also the rooms were very clean and the bed very comfy.

This is something personal, but I would prefer that the tables for the breakfast would be individuals. Everyone sharing same table, and if I big family is sitting, you have very limited place. Also, its an intimate moment of the day, that I like to have in peace.

An excellent choice for clean, quiet, comfortable accommodation in Getsemani. Our room was great; spotlessly clean, comfortable, great AC, plenty of storage for clothes etc. The staff were all lovely, especially the two ladies who were serving breakfast (amongst many other things) each day. Breakfast was simple but cooked to order, fresh and delicious.

The air freshener used in the rooms is very overpowering.

The doorman at night was very kind. The pool is amazing. The room was spacious, with a very nice shower, a comfortable bed, and as quiet as it could be considering its location. We slept really well.

The room had an air freshener with a scent that was too strong. At times, it felt overpowering. I suspect it was used to cover an odor coming from the pipes, but they should consider less aggressive alternatives.

The breakfast was fruit and eggs/crepes, coffee and toast with jam. It was great! The pool was very nice and the room was clean and nicely air conditioned. The staff was very kind and helpful, and the other guests were lovely!

The only negatives were: The air conditioning was either a little too cool or a little too warm and so it was a bit tricky to adjust. And the beds were just ok as far as comfort, but that didn’t bother me much at all.

Nice place with pool for refreshment and good breakfast. Everthing in walking distance.

We had one of the 2 rooms directly the small stairs up at the reception. This room was very loud at night. Music and bass from the streer until 2am. I believe that rooms in the backyard of the hotel at the pool are much better in terms of lower noise.

Everything was great. Excellent location right in getsemani close to the plaza. They let me swim in the pool until my room was ready so nice. Nice room with air conditioning. Comfy bed. Breakfast was crepes and juice. Would happily stay there again

The only annoying thing was that they were painting the steps while I was there but they split the stairs in half and I didn’t know which half was wet so I stepped in wet paint. Then the next morning they switched sides again and so I stepped in the wet paint again. They needed a sign to say where the wet paint was.

Loved the pool and the staff. They were so lovely, always very helpful. The location was convenient. Breakfast was very nice.

It was very noisy at night. This is due to the vendors outside playing music and can’t really be avoided. Monday night was quiet, weekends were the loudest.

Location. Friendly staff. Excellent security.

I would have liked some lighting where the steps are. It was very dark walking upstairs to our room at night; I tripped twice. Maybe some cheese, avocado or sausages to be added into breakfast would take it up a notch.
